Chapter 18 "The love pub"

Oscar arrived at my house at 6am sharp. I left outside and hugged Oscar. It was lightly snowing still. He said "hey Craig, you ready to get going ?" I shook my head yes. We loaded my bags in his car and we drove off. Oscar asked me "so carter is there no questions still?" I turned to him and said "nope you can asked all you want." Then he said "good, cause I want to know what the hell is going on Craig. I feel like we just committed a crime the way we peeled out of town. why did you want to ride with me all of sudden?" I held his hand and said "don't be scared nothing bad happened I didn't commit a murder yet.." Oscar got pale and said "a murder what ? Craig.." I said "I'm kidding Oscar of course but Michael broke up with me last night and I didn't want to ride with and I chose you as oppose to my parents because I know It'll burn him up inside." Oscar stopped at a red light and said "Craig are you sure about this." I said " yes Oscar I've never been so sure in my life about this." So we drove and I fell asleep in his back seat. I woke crying holding the cat. As oppose to Michael lap. The car wasn't in motion I woke up with Oscar arms wrapped against me. I turned to him and said "ozzy are we here or are we taking a break." He said "were at the college and it's beautiful. come on let's go. as he went to open the car car door. I grabbed his arm and said "wait a minute Oscar sit down and come here and take me. we did it in this car before it never stopped us." Oscar blushed and said "carter are you sure? Right now I'm about it but.." Then I jumped up and kissed him and pulled him down on top of me. We started making out. I started to take off his shirt. He was blushing and started making out more intense with me. Then i started to cry and he then he stopped and said "Craig.. I can't do this... It doesn't feel right." I held on to him and said "Oscar don't you miss me.. This .. Us." He opened the door and said "I do want you but not like this Craig." This is not you the real you. If you need me I'll be in my dorm on the second floor 218." I started crying again and CartexzCat said "I just got walked out again." So I just grabbed my bags and started heading back to the dorm. I walked in and saw Alexis on drakes lap talking. Alexis said "hey carter where's Michael?" Drake said "Alexis no.." Then she said "why it's weird seeing them not together there usually joined at the hip." I just dropped my head down in depression and CartexzCat just played dead. Then drake said "Alexis they broke up Michael ended it with him." Then Alexis got up and hugged me and said "awe Craig im sorry to hear that, I know what make you feel better. How about you come down to my job tonight here." I look at her and asked "since when did you have a job and where." She smiled and said "this is the reason why I left Brentwood early I had this job for three days now and it's at this night club called the starfall pub." I said "that's cool, what you do there?" She blushed and said "I perform..." I ride my eyebrows and said "Alexis Texas ?" Drake looked at her and said "what's the hell is Alexis Texas that sounds like a pornstar stripper name?" Alexis kissed drake on the cheek and said "it is nothing baby. It is a stripper name that Craig and his ex made up." Then drake said "you never said performing im thinking your a waitress or something. What do you do specifically?" She said "I put on shows everyone should come down tonight and then YOU will see nothing weird is going down." Then she kissed him. Then she was heading out the door "and you guys I want you all there Nicole, Michael, and Nick. And also you need to dress like casual affair no jeans and sneakers ok? See you tonight at 8pm" then drake came up me and asked "are you okay? Craig." I shook my head yes and said "I'll be cool I hope he's not there. tonight." Drake sighed and said "come on Craig he's going I just want everything to be like before until vacation happened." Then Nick walked through the door. He had an guilty expression on face. Drake gritted his teeth. I said "oh Nicks here that killed me." Then Drake said "Craig come one quit it." Then Michael walked in behind him. "Then i said of great there two are together showing up and now I'm dead." Then I sped out the room and pushed Michael and Nick out the way. Nick said "wait a minute Craig!" Listen guys drake said "you guys got to come down to Alexis job tonight at the starfall pub." I made it to the second floor. I knock on Oscar door. The guy that open the door had hazel eyes and was light skin. And light brown hair. he was tall. He looked at me and said "what up?." I said "oh um.. Is Oscar here?" So the guy called Oscar name into the room. The guy looked at me and said "my name is maxwell Stevens." And extended his hand. I smiled and said "oh please to meet you." Oscar came out the dorm and maxwell left. Oscar said "what's up carter, are you better. I looked at him and just tried to kiss him. Our lips connected. Oscar pulled away and asked "Craig what was the for. We're not together anymore." Tried to walk back into his dorm. I grabbed his hand said "wait Oscar. I know I'm not acting like usual self but everything is really confusing right now." Oscar said "I noticed that's. But Craig I thought I was feeling you but... It's not the same. I'm going to leave you with Craig." Then he kissed me. And went back into the dorm. Then walked down the to the first floor when I bump into Michael. He looked at me and just looked away and walked out the building. CartexzCat said "did he just blow us off?!" I said under my breathe "Michael... I hate but I miss you." I walked back to my dorm. Nick said "hey Craig you got a minute ?" I look at him and said "sure thing." Pulled me towards him and said "carter first of im sorry about the whole thing and Michael said he coming to the pub tonight Alexis got us all a table to together so we can fix this whole thing." I closed my eyes and said "Nick I don't think I'm ready to confront him for Jesus sake I bump into him in the lobby he just ignored me and pushed me away and left without any feelings he was so cold. I don't understand why is he so upset." Nick sat us both down and said "I had a talk with him before he left and mentioned something about you bringing your ex here trying to get me upset and jealous then I asked him is he jealous and hurt about it and he said yes." Then I said "i figured as much and that wasn't the plan at first Oscar just wanted to come to our school and Oscar doesn't even want me back anymore cause of my impulsive behavior since me and Michael's split." Nick said "please just come tonight. I'll let you play with my hair okay?" I said alright I'll come tonight." Then Nick started to get up and I said "hello? Where you going." Nick turned around and said what's up ?" I smiled and said "don't you owe some hair right now ?" He sighed and sat back down. I started playing with his hair. (Still playing with his hair.) i asked him "so Nick what are wearing tonight ?" He blew the hair out of his face and said "hmmm maybe gray and purple." CartexzCat "ooooh that'd be sexy being our so close to our favorite color combination meow❤️" then he asked the same thing. I said "um I might where beige and blue." He said that's nice come on carter let me up, I get to get Nicole from the salon alright.?" I let him go and he grabbed his keys. Then I yelled and asked him "can I play with your hair later." He said "sure but it might be gel in it later." Then he shut the door. I was in the room alone. Then drake walked in with black dress pants. Dress shoes looking really shiny. Red button up with black buttons. And a black bow tie. With a nice watch. And his hair done. I began blush and said "drake... You look.. Look..sexy and oh so debonair." He smiled and laughed "hey thanks Craig. I'm glad you like it. I'm going to surprise Alexis cause she said she's wearing a red dress tonight. It's not too much ?" I got and and started rubbing his shoulders downward and said "you look magnificent. Don't worry." He smiled and said "thanks Craig." And continued to nicks mirror on the door to talk a selfie. Then I said "um drake can you help me look like you do for tonight?" He chuckled and said " Craig your a fashionista already you really don't need my help." I looked at him in the eye and said "drake please I'm trying impress." He said "alright I'll help come let me see what you have." We spent hours looking for the right outfit for tonight then we found it. Then I read the clock it read 7:14pm. Then we all received a text from Alexis saying
"Hey friends can't wait for you guys to see me perform my first set tonight. You guys will be sitting at table number 1 in the front. I'll have a special song for couple of us. Alright I'm getting ready now like make up and stuff. Love you guys wish me luck :) <3

So I got ready. The outfit me and drake made was black dress pants, black button up with a yellow vest. My glasses. I said to drake "do you think I look fine drake." He said "of course you do you look cute." Then Nicole and Nick walk in the dorm. Nicole was wearing her hair curly. A smokey eye eye make up red lipstick. A black dress that stop at the knee length with silver glitter. With black heels. With a heart necklace. Nick sporting the outfit he said earlier. Then Nicole said "wow you look at you guys. All so sexy. I'm sorry about what happened between you and mike Craig but hey you'll never know." I frowned and looked down and said "thanks for the compliment and it's cool and yeah I highly doubt it I didn't see him ever since this afternoon. speaking of which I need a ride there." Nick said "you can ride with me and Nicole if you want." I said "I rather not be with a couple I dread the third wheel feeling. Drake can I ride with you please." Drake shook his head yes. We exited out. And headed to the star fall pub. We made it there and we entered.
