Chapter 19 "It whatever.."

A few weeks passed on since me and Michael got back together. Everything just seemed to move in slow motion. The months seems to stay still but it was in a constant motion. We was in the month of March. The semester was about to end in three months it felt like just last week I was coming to star fall pub for the first time. So much doesn't feel right. Nick and Nicole is graduating this semester and Oscar.. I feel I don't have closure from him. Michael has been treating my right but I feel a sense of emptiness, but it's whatever. I don't want to loose two great friends and I feel like I have boyfriend that's starting to becoming a stranger as the weeks go by were doing nothing but stagnating. But it's whatever once again. I think I need to escape again. Not suicide but just get away from everyone before I get hurt and they leave me. Then Michael walked in the room and came laid down next to me and kissed me on the cheek. He asked "babe are you feeling ok ? " I said "I'm kinda fine just feeling a bit sick." Then Michael said "alright I'll give you your space and try to see if I can get you something to make you feel better." And he left out the room. Nick woke up and said "you know he's trying his best Craig to make you happy. What's the deal carter?" I crawled out of bed and crawl into Nick's bed. Nick held me tight. I said to him "I know he's trying Nick and I love him but I miss oscar.. And much more problems so much you have no clue. Nick started scruffing my head and said "man oh man ex partners you really not got over. Man I can relate...alright do you still talk to him." I shook me head yes and said "I do.. But Nick I like Michael still a lot but I miss Oscar around the same amount." Nick scary he's his head and said "ah damn they're is only two solutions to this situation." I turn to him and say "oooh Nick tell me what will those be?" Nick gritted his teeth and said "one you can either leave one for the other which I know is going to be the hardest thing or leave them both." I frowned and said "oh Nick they both sound so awful.." Then he said they're is third choice which is kinda shaky." I rested my head on his chest and said "let me hear it. I'm running out of options." Nick said "you can try to get them to both agree to date you. How are they about each other ?" CartexzCat said " that's impossible they hate each other I'm doomed." I looked at him and said "they both hate each other..well Michael is calm as long he's with me. Oscar gets stupid hostile when he sees Michael." Then Nick scratched his head and said "fine try talking to Michael about it alright." I smiled and said "thank you Nick." I kissed him on his cheek. nick blushed and said "dammit carter! What's up with you and drake doing that.....?" I looked at him and said "is it fair that drake gets a kiss and I don't." Nick started to burn up and light up. " He said "listen me and drake shared a drunken kissed that night" I stared at him like a kitten and said "please Nick please." He said "alright fine closed the door." So I got up and close the door. He walked up to me and stroked my cheek, he leaned in on me. He kissed me. His lips was so soft then he bit my lip a bit. I looked at him and said "oh Nick that's was awesome. " Nick scratched his head and said "yeah thanks Craig but you go find Mikey." I nodded and ran out the room. I looked around the lobby then I seen him at the window texting. I walked up to him and he said "hey carter you feeling better?" I said "yes." And kissed him on his cheek. I grabbed his arm and said "come on let's go in the dorm we gotta talk about something." We swung back to our dorm. We opened the door and Nick said "it looks like it's going to get real romantic in here so I'm going to go." And sped out the room. I came over to him and started making out, I pinned him down on the bed. He pushed me off and said "babe are you trying to talk to me through sex or something?" I blushed and laughed and said "not exactly Michael but I do want to talk about something it's pretty serious." Then Michael sat up and said "go then the spotlight is all yours. " I grabbed his hand and tilted my head down and began to blush and said "um..Michael you're going to hate to hear this.." Michaels face got serious in a matter of seconds and he said "you're breaking up with me...aren't you?" I looked at him and said "Michael.. I'am not, what makes think or say? Tell me !" Then he slams his hands against the wall behind me trapping me and yelled "listen dammit Craig I will think that because every time your about to tell me some crazy or dissapointing stuff you always throw that line out there. So if you're not breaking up with me what else can it be? " I avoided his eyes and began to blush said "I'm not breaking up with you but I miss Oscar." I saw Michael eyes went from bright and determined to dull and dead. His universe shattered.Michael just got up and began to leave. CartexzCat said oh shit.! Oh shit! He's getting up, where the hell is he going." I got out of bed and ran after him and yelled "wait a sec Michael." He continued out the dorm in silence. I said in my mind "where the hell is heading to..dammit I lost him.what floor could he have went on." I'll start with the second. So I rushed up the stairs. It was no luck he was not on this floor. Then I heard a screams and Omg's from the first floor. Then my phone started to vibrate. It was Nick.
I picked up.
C: yes Nick ?
N: omg bro you need to come to the first floor now.
C:why ? What's going on.
N:outside, it's Michael he's on the roof
C: what?!?! What you mean he's just chilling on the the roof?!
N: yes, he's on the roof he's shouting I'm not good or something like that. I think he might be trying to commit suicide.
C: My god Nick I'm on my way right now
N:hurry bro I don't think he's going to listen to any of us. He's not even listen listening to me. I'll make a call to the others.
C: understood...
*phone call concluded*
I ran downstairs. CartexzCat said *geez suicide what the hell is he thinking.* I made it downstairs and walked out the building and saw the Michael standing at the edge, I get sick at the sight of it. "Craig thank god your here talk some sense into you're boyfriend." Nick said and grabbed my arm. I yelled "Michael !!! Get down from there !!please babe." Michael turned to me and grinned and said "why should I? the one I love doesn't even love me anymore I don't see the point of trying...and breathing..." then Nick yelled "listen to him dude!! Craig loves you, I-I love you were bros. These three months have been the best *begins to cry*. Michael.. Just get down you have so much to live for." Then I instantly broke down and cried. Everything felt hazy. Then I heard Nick yell my name. I realized I was in Nick's arm. The wind began to blow. Michael slipped off the ledge and holding on for dear life. The crowd is screaming. The dean said the security guards "are you crazy ?! Get that man down." Michael yelled "I swear if you bring those guards up I'll just let go!" I grabbed Nick shirt and said "please we need to get him down." Nick put a serious face on and said "im going to get him down, you stay here." Nick rushed into the building. CartexzCat said * we caused this we made him snap. Michael gots literally four more minutes until his fingers gives out. Nicks not going to make it. *
<Michael's point of view>
*to myself* "haha, man I guess I really messed up this time but I guess I'm done." I let go of the ledge. Hearing the crowd scream. "Good bye Craig I love you forevermore." Then I heard a voice and someone grabbing my hand. The voice said "don't worry I got you." It's was Oscar. He pulled me back up. I said "Oscar what's your big idea?" Oscar just stared at me and slapped me a crossed the face and said "what the hell is wrong with you ?" I said "you're the reason why. He doesn't love me because of you.. He said wants and misses you." Oscars face lit up and said "me ? So what. That gives you a reason to off yourself. How selfish of you..." then I said "selfish? How am I being selfish?" Oscar began tear up and said "yes selfish, you asshole. Look at Craig down there he looks awful he's crying his eyes out and that's because your pulling this reckless stunt. Just imagine how he's going to be if that drop to the bottom kills you ? Devastated. Stop being stupid and get down from here and go to boyfriend that loves you and that loves me apparently and most importantly I love." I tilted my head down in defeat because I knew he won and everything he said was correct. Then I heard Nick yell my name. I shot my head up and Oscar turned around. I said "I know Nick your here to stop me but you're too late I'm not going to do it ." Nick said "good now come on let's get down from here and you back to Craig." I nodded my head. We started to head back down to the front of the dorm building.
<point of view of Craig again>
I saw Michael with Oscar and Nick coming from the building. I pushed people and security guards that were holding me back away from me and I ran to them and jumped into Michael's arms. I just broke down in tears Michael's arms yelling "you stupid idiot face why would you scare me half to death?!" Michael wrapped his arms around me and said "I don't know what I was thinking I just know it was incredibly stupid. I'm sorry I love you even tho you have feelings for someone else. I learned from someone today about that." Then I ran into Nick's arm and "thank you Nick so much, you saved him and taught him. I love you so much you have no clue." Then Nick said "I wasn't the one that saved him and it taught him." Then he turned my head to Oscar. Then Michele said "yeah Nick is right Oscar was the one that saved me and taught me that in that lesson Craig I want to talk you after im done." I looked around and said "do what?" Then Michael said "this.." Then Michael turned Oscar around and said "listen Oscar...I know we had our ups and downs but you're really cool bro and I just envied the fact of how Craig liked you but I see why and I thought I could resist and cover it with endless hate for you but honestly..." Michael paused and started to tear up. Oscar said "honestly what ? " Then Michael leaned and kissed Oscar. CartexzCat said *whaaaaaaaaaaast???!!!!!* then Michael said "honestly I really love and I hated when Craig brought your name I was jealous. Because honestly I just love you so much. I'm sorry Craig. But my feelings are with oscar." I looked astonished and I just teared up and fell to my knees and said "oh have mercy mercy on me." Michael kneel down to me and kissed me on the cheek and said "listen carter I still want to be friends with you, what you say ?" CartexzCat said *what should I do?! What should I do?! Let's run away.* I got up and ran away. Nick said "wait a minute carter ! I'm coming too." And we both sped off.

I ran back into the dorm. I cried my face into my pillow, then Nick walked in the room and shut the door. He chuckled and said "damn Craig you should go for track next year." I stayed silent. He started rubbing my back and said "talk to me bro I'm here for you." I got up and put my face in his chest and said "Nick I still love him..." Nick just hugged me And said "I know that carter but let me ask you this. Would you have rather lost him forever ? Or kept him still in life. He does want to be friends with you still." I said "you're right Nick. But it's hard seeing both of my exes together. But I do guess it's better than seeing them fight." Michael and Oscar walked in the dorm and said "is everything ok in her Craig ? Nick ?" CartexzCat said *they're holding hands it's official.. But I'm going to be okay." I shook my head yes. Oscar said "Craig are you okay with this because I kinda realized that my feelings for came back for him like when you are unconscious." I said "yes I'm glad I still have you two in my life." Then drake and Alexis busted through the door both out of breathe and face flushed. Drake said "oh my god we got you're text Nick and we rushed here." Then Alexis said "yeah I'm glad to see he's down tell us but we got to tell you something it's real big and good news." Nick said "what's is it what took you.?" Then Alexis held drakes hand and said "we took so long because we was performing then this guy from interscope records talked to us and we went to his near by recording studio talked business and we signed and contract for a two years." I said "oh my god congrats you two." Then Nick said "wow that's crazy. I'm proud of you two." Michael laughed and clapped and said "momma is going to be famous." Then drake said "yes thanks you guys and were recording a demo EP starting tomorrow. Oscar said "I say we should go out and celebrate." We all nodded in agreement but then a security guard walked in and grabbed Michael and said "you're going to the deans office...!" Oscar turned to us and asked "do you think he's going to be okay? I hope he's not into too much trouble." Drake said "man causing a public scare like that it's hard to say. It makes the school look bad." Nick said "the best thing we can do is hope that he's not kicked out of school because of this but in the mean time lets go out." I said "no.." Everyone's eyes shot at me. Alexis said "why not?" then I turned away from everyone and said "lets wait until Nicole and Michael is here." Nick said "Nicole comes out her job in 30 minutes or so.. And Michael were not sure when he's going to be release from this "appointment" from the dean." Then the security guard knocked on the door and asked "who in this room is drake smith, Craig carter, and Nicholas Valentine? Who ever you are step out please." We three stepped out the room. Drake said "alright so what's happened ?" The guard said "you guys aren't any trouble but I wanted to inform you guys Michael is going to staying with us for questioning on the fiasco he pulled today. just wanted to let you guys know you don't have to wait for him or keep the door unlocked." Nick said "how long is he not coming back for ?" The guard said "two days.. I'm sorry boys." Then he walked away. Drake put his hand on my shoulder and asked "you okay?" I said "I guess.." Then Nick said "do you guys still want to go out ?" Drake shook his head no and said "nah it really doesn't feel right to go out now." Then Nick said "yeah I was getting the same vibe I hope he's okay." Then Oscar walked out of the dorm and said "I heard what the guy said, I'm going to head back to my dorm if you need me." We all nodded in agreement and headed back inside. Alexis ask "so what's up, what did the guard want?" I said "Michael is not coming to the dorm for two days." Alexis said "oh damn I'm sorry to hear that, we're not going out anymore are we?" Drake said "nah it doesn't feel right babe." We all just sat down on the beds. Alexis said "hell of a day huh, drake can I stay the night I just want to be close and make sure carter is okay." Drake asked "can she boys ?" We all nodded our head. Then Alexis said "thanks you guys."
It was an awkward silence for us until we went the sleep.
