"ME says that the bolts were screwed in with precision which could only be done by the hands of an expert which proves our theory correct," Morgan explained as they entered the conference room back at the precinct.

"What was the cause of death?" JJ asked, folding her arms over her chest.

"They were overdosed on basic medications induced via IV," Rossi informed.

"What about the substance they were coated in?" Emily asked.

"Pretty boy was correct, it was resin. Highly concentrated in order to have a thicker layer and produce a smoother outcome since they were obviously humans and not wood or something," the muscular agent answered easily, looking directly at Spencer who's eyes only shifted towards the ground.

"Okay so we're definitely looking at an orthopedic but there are too many on that list," Hotch sighed, looking through the lists of names.

"Yes sir?" Garcia answered immediately as soon as Hotch dialed.

"I need to look at who has the most incriminating background," he started.

"Alright, looking..." she trailed as she clicked. "That's unfortunate, talk about being the best doctor yet not being able to be treated by the best," she muttered.

"What is it?" Emily frowned.

"The best in the field wasn't necessarily the best outside of it. He was arrested twice for sexual assault however he had big wads of cash which caused it to slide with the hospital. Unfortunately, he was in an accident and fractured his spine brutally, dying on the table only twenty minutes into the surgery from severe nerve and bone damage," she answered.

"Anyone else?" Morgan asked.

"Nope, everyone else has a squeaky clean record other than a few parking tickets here and there but nothing more," she replied.

"What about unlicensed or doctors that lost their license," Reid suggested.

"Smart, smart my lovely boy," she mumbled as she searched.

"Alright only three," she started, "Two of them lost their jobs due to sexual assaulting their patients-"

"Were there any signs of rape?" Hotch cut in, looking back at Rossi and Morgan.

"Nope, other than the overdose and the screwing of bolts, there were no signs of any other damage," Rossi replied. "Not even ligature marks."

"So then they can be ruled out because they wouldn't have any other MO," Hotch sighed, pinching the bridge of his nose. "Who's the last one?"

"His name is Richard Vince, he's 54, divorced and now living alone on the outskirts of town. He works at a drugstore a few blocks away from his house," she informed. "His home address has been sent to your phones."

"Alright, Prentiss and Rossi, see if you can talk to him, figure him out because we don't have enough evidence to arrest him nor hold him accountable for the crimes," Hotch ordered. They left and Hotch disappeared with Kent and JJ, going through missing persons files to identify all the women. Reid was still working on the geographical profile, murmuring to himself as he moved his hands and fingers across boards and files. Morgan found that Spencer had really nice hands and couldn't keep himself from appreciating them.

Morgan wanted to talk to him, wanted to explain himself and ask why Spencer was the one apologizing but he knew it wasn't the right time. Personal lives couldn't matter right now, it would only mess with the agent's heads and they wouldn't be able to fully focus on the tasks at hand. They would have to stay this way until the case was over and Morgan had never ached for a case to be solved sooner.
