~REALITY~

"I still can't believe Mads, like dude she has no chill." Grace says jumping back onto the couch.
"But like Alissa when Mads comes around next time you will be our number 1 comeback queen." Bryce says and I giggle.
"What can I say, got it from my big brother." I say and Griffin rolls his eyes.
"Uh guys don't be mad." Jadennn says not taking his eyes off his phone.
"Oh god the last time he said that he got back together with Mads." Griffin says in my ear.
"It's something like that..." Jadennn says rubbing his head and we all go silent for a second.

"OH NO you didn't." Josh and Griff say at the same time.
"I don't even know how it happened, but now I don't know what to do." Jadennn says looking desperate.
"I know what you should do end it for like the thousandth time, idiot." Josh says hitting him across the head.
"But, I still love her, that's the problem." Jadennn says, rubbing his head, I kind of don't know what to do so I just sit on the couch completely mesmerized by the conversation.
"You told her you loved her you little shit not LOVE." Griffin says his eyebrow arched.
"I DON'T KNOW HOW I FEEL SO I SHOULD BE ABLE TO DATE WHOEVER I FUCKIN' WANT!" Jadennn shouts scaring me and rushing up the stairs.

"That bitch." Griffin says shaking his head.
"Can't go two minutes without a girlfriend." Bryce says Josh and Griff agreeing.
"I know I have like no say in this but I can't have that Mads bitch coming around everyday we need a plan to get rid of her and execute Jaden." I say not even meaning to say his name normally but i'm so annoyed at him that he doesn't deserve a cool nickname. Everybody agrees and together we find a way to get rid of her.

My job was to check up on Jaden oh I mean Jadennn sorry I can't call him something normal, anyways I was told his door was the black one next to mine surprisingly. 

To be honest the color of his door represents the inside of his head, empty.

I knock on the door and Jadennn says quietly "Who is it?" "It's Alissa, I just wanna talk." I say and he lets me in. 
I see photos of musicians and stuff all over the wall and a collection on guitars in a corner, so i'm guessing he plays music? 

"What do you want?" Jadennn says plopping himself onto the bed.
"I want to see if you are ok, after what happened down stairs." I say
"I don't even know what I was thinking." Jadennn says completely ignoring what I said. "I can't go without a girlfriend and I don't know why." Jadennn says STILL not answering my question even though it wasn't really a question.
"Maybe you're lonely without one or maybe you're a full on fuckboy." I say laughing at my own comment.
"Maybe a bit of both." Jadennn says and I laugh again.
"You'll be ok, with or without that bitch of a girl Mads." I say rubbing his back and he manages to laugh a little.
"Every time I think I've gotten over her I crawl back like i'm under some sort of sexual spell." Jadennn says vibrating his lips.
"It's just cause you are an ultimate dickhead." I say and Jadennn goes into a laughing fit.
"Ok I know i'm funny but I don't think i'm that funny." I say laughing at him on the floor rolling about.
"No....it's just....my......brother......used....to...call me a...dickhead when we were.....like four ha ha." Jadennn laughs between each breath. I shake my head and watch him recover from the fit. Wait. He has a brother?
"You good?" I say laughing a bit myself.
"Uh yeah sorry." he says going a bit pink.
"Oh my, Jadennn Hosslerrrrr is blushing." I say rubbing his cheeks admiring the pink flush across all his face.
"Oh, NO i'm not it's just....I....um." Jadennn stumbles making me laugh.
"Whatever you say Jaden." I say then realizing I called him by his actual name again and smile sheepishly hoping he didn't hear me.
"Oh, my Alissa Johnson, AKA the mystery girl, called I Jaden Hossler by his normal name, this is the first in decades." Jadennn says applauding and I go red myself.
"Aw your even blushing, how cute!" Jaden says and some how I get redder.
"Wow I just realized how cute you are." Jadennn says tapping me on the nose.
"Sure, keep telling yourself that." I say getting my cheeks back to there normal color.

"I'm not joking, cutie." Jadennn says and I roll my eyes.
"Alright now you've had a good luck at my face even though it looks like Griffin's anyway, I've got to go now so bye dickhead." I say getting up.
Before I could go, Jadennn says "Wait." and pulls me into an embrace whispering softly into my ear. "Thank you." and staying in that position for a little longer then we should've until he lets me go and smiles at me blushing. 

I was only blushing because it was unexpected nothing else, obviously.

I walk out the room skipping a little feeling impressed that I completed my job, well it wasn't really part of the plan but I was happy to make sure my friend is ok.

I walk down the stairs and see a huddle of people and I rush over to them asking if they did what they needed to do.
"Yup it's all done the party is set up for tonight Mads is coming and so are some Hype House people and some random celebs." Griffin says and I nod in satisfactory, if this doesn't work then i'm giving up on Jadennn no matter how charming he may be.

I feel a pit in my stomach, even though we're doing this for him I still feel guilty going behind his back to get rid of the one thing he still has.
But I just need to keep reminding myself it is for him.
