Grace's POV- PRESENT DAY

I take a deep breath when I hear the door creak open, "Hey." Bryce smiles walking over to the bed i'm sitting on. "Hey." I reply.
"What do you need then?" I ask and he rocks his feet back and forth before sitting next to me.
He gets up and kneels on one knee, and before I can realize what's happening he pulls out a silver box.
"Don't worry, i'm not proposing." He reassures easing my nerves. "It's a promise ring." Bryce begins to say, "Ever since the day I set eyes on you, all I could think was to make you mine. After my heart has been broken, I thought I could never fall in love again, until you."
He says and tears start falling from my cheek, "You've brought me happiness and made me feel, alive again. And I want nothing more then to call you mine. So Grace Rose Lavery, will you make me the happiest man alive and, be my girlfriend?" He finishes and I cry more, happy tears, nodding consistently, "Yes, yes, yes SO many yes'." I reply and he places the ring on my ring finger. "Oh and there's a necklace for me." He begins to say and pulls out a sliver necklace.
I admire my ring and the words 'My love, my promise' and start crying again. "And uh, t-they attach to each other." He explains and demonstrates by lifting my hand up and connecting half the heart to half the heart on his necklace. He joins them together and that's when it forms a sentence.
'My love, my promise, my heart, my promise' and I rap my arms around him and peck him on the cheek.
"I love you." I spit out, by accident, the word just tumbling from my mouth so easily. I watch his expression and see a smirk appear on his face.
"I love you." He says back and I kiss him.

The words 'I love you' seem so unnatural when you've never falling for anyone before, but with him I could tell him that every second of every day and never get bored of it.
He pulls something out of his pocket and smirks through the kiss.

He lifts me onto the bed never breaking the kiss.

(I think you know what unholy thing just happen but lets not go into detail-)

"But if he does anything-"

"Honey, if Jaden has the AUDACITY do something like that, then he wasn't worth your time in the first place. You will find a beautiful man and you will fall in love, it's just not Jaden."

"I know, but the thing is, he's really going all at it to get me back."

SORRY THIS IS A SHORT CHAPTER DON'T COME AT ME!

I'M REALLY CONFUSED FOR SOME STRANGE REASON.
LIKE I ACTUALLY HAD FUN IN RE-
WE DIDN'T EVEN DO SHIT WE JUST TOLD RANDOM SHITTY STORIES WHERE WE BROKE THE 10 COMMANDMENTS AND STUFF IT WAS PRETTY FUN-

cause we didn't actually do anything-

ALSO- we had this substitute teacher for Science (we call him Tarzan or Lion King don't ask) cause our annoying ass Science teacher was getting tested for corona.
We just sat where ever we liked cause he didn't have the seating plan and shit.

So I got to sit next to my friends.

But the next day our Science teacher came back so that was sad :(

BUT we got given these Science books and they just had a bunch of drawing of dicks that other people drew so we spent most of the lesson searching for them-

But Tarzan had no idea what he was doing and was shit at Science so YEAH i'm pretty happy that we got to do absolutely nothing.
