Chapter 100

Claire's POV

Today is Friday and we practice quickly before going over to the school. I got the whole dance down and this week Nia would say little side comments to me; like I won't beat her up again.

"Are you guys ready?" Ms. G asked us, everyone is on a school bus. Me and Sierra is sitting behind Ceecee and Mason. Sabrina is sitting next to Jaden in front of them. "Hey Claire you know you look more uglier today?" Nia said, I'm so tired of her "You didn't learn your lesson before?" Mason asks "Just be quite nobody wants to hear you." Ceecee said then we all ignored her.

"We're here ladies and gentlemen." Ms. Taylor says so we get off the bus where the principal; Mr. Adams was waiting. He spotted us right away and waved and we did it back not to be rude. He introduced himself then we showed them the locker room so we can change.

"Why do you two have to be the center of attention?" Nia complained "Only you is complaining maybe if you would stop you'll actually get something that you want." Ceecee said while rolling her eyes, Nia stepped up to her so I did too. I glared at Nia until she backed down "And she's kinda right Nia but we're all wearing the same thing." Kayla says.

"Hey Claire how do you know this school so much?" Mabel asks "This is our school." I said as I fixed my hair "So your competing against your friends?" Laney asks "Basically." I said "Girls are you ready?" Ms. Taylor asks and we say yes. "Wait do anyone got a pad?" Hope asks so I give her one "Thank you." She says before going in a stall.

We walk in the auditorium, they saw me and waved so I waved back then looked my parents. I found them and waved, they blew me a kiss and I caught both of them. We took our seats and waited "Your a big baby, I bet your moms still read you a bedtime story to sleep." Nia said from behind me, I looked over at the girls they was mad but Amber came over.

"You say something to her one more time I'll personally make sure you won't be able to talk." Amber said to her quietly before putting on a smile and waving bye and going to her seat. They was first so now they're getting on stage, they're dancing to We Don't Talk Anymore by Charlie Puth. Their dance is amazing, when they was done we clapped.

Then it was our turn, the judges are sitting in the front row. Anyway we're dancing to Scars To Your Beautiful by Alessia Cara. These are just little dance competition we're trying to go get more. The plot of the dance is a girl that's insecure (aka Ceecee) is trying to be like other girls but an older girl (aka me) helps her see that she's perfect just the way she is.

Ceecee is the first one to start dancing while we start snapping 'paying no attention to her'  then I go up to her when she says "Cover girls don't cry" then we all start dancing. Then we spread out again Mason tries to offer her the fake food but she decline it, we get into little groups and start dancing leaving her in the center dancing by herself but my group notice that she's sad so we start dancing with her then everyone joins us.

Then I hug her as we slowly start walking to the front of the stage then let her go and we start dancing again. When the song is over where all in a group hug on the floor the crowd starts clapping. We won but now we're all outside when Cory, Lory, and Roselyne come and hug us. "Hey guys." I said as I kiss their cheeks.

"Good job guys that was amazing." Mia says as they approach us "Thank you." We all say "Claire." Amber says as she basically jumps on me "Hey Amber." I say "Me and the girls just wanted to say congratulations to all of you." She tell them and they say thank you "We should make up our own dance." I say "We should." Roxy say "Sleepover?" We ask at the same time then look at Mom "I'm okay with it just make sure your parents is okay with it." She says "Wait can both teams come?" I asked.

"I don't know Claire that's a lot of people." Rosie said "Then just my team, Sabrina, and Jaden?" I asked "Okay but they gotta ask their parents." Mama said before they went to go put the twins in the car while everyone ran off except Nia. "You don't wanna come?" I asked "After everything I said to you, your still going to let me come?" She asked.

"I wouldn't." Amber said and I looked at her. She put her arms up in surrender "Your still apart of the team." I said "Thank you." She said before walking away "Your to good for this world." Roxy said "Just like Chloe." Rosie said coming up behind us "Come on we're going home but first your parents have to get everyone parents numbers." She said. We got in the car and played with the twins while we waited.

"Claire your lucky we love you." Mom said as they got in the car "You guys loved me before I even existed." I said "Did we?" Mama asks "Yup and God gave you me and you guys love me even more." I said "Your right." They said before Mama started driving "Claire your too nice." Mama said "Well I don't wanna be mean." I said.

"My sweet child." Mom said before she got on her phone. "I got a tour in February." She says "Can I go please?" I asked "Sure it's when your on your winter break I think." She say.

Now we're home and the girls are here and we eat pizza then go to my room. "Your house is so big." Mabel said as she started petting Snickerdoodle "Yeah it's bigger than my grandma's house." I said as I petted Cookie, Lory comes in the room and lay on me while drinking something in her cup. "Lory what are you drinking?" I asked her, she holds up her cup to me and I take a sip. It's a milkshake "Here you girls go." Avery said as she hands us our milkshakes "Thank you." We say before she left.
