Chapter 5

Chloe's POV

I released my music at the beginning of the month and now I'm in the next town then I should be heading home. For the last week and a half I've been on a little tour going from town to town and today after this show I'm going home to my wife, baby girl, and friends.

"Chloe your on in 20." Harper my manager said. "Thanks Harp." I said as my hairstylist started working on my hair. "Honey what do you want?" He asked me "Just curly hair today." I told him, in 15 minutes my hair was done and I was ready to go on stage. "You look great Chlo." Harper said "Thank you can I go on now or wait the extra 5 minutes?" I asked.

"You can go on now I think everyone is in." She said, I got up and walked out on stage. The crowd went wild "Hey party people are you ready?" I asked into the mic, they got louder "I said are you ready?" They was even louder,then the music started playing.

I sung more songs until my time was over. "That was amazing Chloe." "Thank you now you can let the people who have backstage passes come." I told her sitting in a chair, she went out and came back with a group of people but I only knew two people. I stood up and pulled them into a hug "Hey Abby and Charlotte." "Hey Chloe you look good." Abby says "Thank you where's Candace?" I asked.

"She's sick she would've came but like I said she's sick." Charlotte said "Aw tell her I said get better." I told them "We will bye Chloe." They said, I waved at them before going to the group of people.

Once I was done I finally get to go back home. "Hi Mommy." Claire said "Hey baby girl what you doing?" I asked her "About to go to bed but I wanted to talk to you before I did. Are you coming home?" She asked yawning "Yes I am I should be there in the morning." I told her. "Okay goodnight mom." "Goodnight babygirl." I said before hanging up.

"She's adorable." Harper said "Thank you I miss her." I said laying my head back "I can tell, hows third grade for her?" She asked "It's going good she made two friends on the first day, which I was a mixture of shocked and not really." I said "Why?"

"Because Claire got being antisocial from Lola but sometimes she acts like me and is really out going." I told her, she nodded "You hungry?" She asked me "No I'm just gonna go to sleep." I said tiredly. "Okay goodnight." "Goodnight" I said before falling asleep.

When I wake up Harper is asleep across from me and it's 2 in the morning. I get the fried chicken that I know Harper made for me because there was two bowls and the other one was empty. After I was done eating the chicken I went to wash my hands, use the bathroom, and drink water I went back to sleep.

When I woke up in the morning it was 8:30 and we was just coming inside the gates. "Chloe your home." Harper said. I wiped the tiredness from my eyes and started getting my stuff together that I brought on the bus while Harper got my other stuff from the bottom.

I hugged Harper "Bye Harper." "Bye Chloe I'll see you next time." Harper said pulling back and getting on the bus and leaving. I walked in the house Fredrick took my bags which I thanked him for then I washed my hands. I went to the dining hall where I knew everyone would be.

"Mommy." Claire said running towards me and hugging me "Hey baby girl I missed you." "I missed you too." She said. Everyone soon joined the hug and Lola pulled me into a kiss. "So how was it while I was away?" I asked sitting down.

"It was fine Cookie was a little sad but now that your back she's happy." Lola said. "Aww Cookie I missed you too." I said picking her up and kissing her head.
