Chapter 74

Cleo's POV

Today I'm going to meet Carter and Janet, I just told him lets go to the cafe that we went to before and they was fine with it. I just threw on the first thing I saw and left. I didn't take my new car today he needs to rest I took my black and gold Lamborghini.

When I walked in I spotted them "Hey Cleo." Carter said getting up and hugging me "Cleo this is Janet, Janet this is my friend Cleo." He introduced us, I pulled her into a hug too "Hi nice to meet you." She said "Same to you when Carter told me he met a girl I just had to met her." I said as I sat down.

"So Janet are you from here?" I asked her "Yeah I am actually and Carter just told me you just graduated so congratulations." She said "Thank you so much now I have to deal with college." I said, we laughed "It's not that bad." Carter said "I'll keep you up to that." I said, we talked then said bye to each other. I decided to go see my baby because why not.

I opened the door and Pepper came up to me "Hi Pepper." I said picking her up, I looked at the couch and there was a girl staring at me "Who are you?" I asked "I'm Haylie who are you?" "I'm Cleo where's is Sam?" I asked her "Sam!" She called "Yeah?" She asked coming out her room on her phone then she looked up.

"Hey gorgeous." She says kissing me "Hey baby I just came back from meeting Carter's future girlfriend I think and I just wanted to see you." I said "Good because I missed you and this is my cousin Haylie." Sam said "Favorite cousin nice to meet you Cleo." She said holding her hand out "Same and you act just like my favorite cousin." I said shaking her hand.

"People have to know." She said "True." I said sitting on the couch "So how did it go?" Sam asked sitting next to me "It went fine she's nice I just hope he don't hurt her." I said laying my head on her shoulder. "You know you should've tested her to see if she really likes him." Haylie said "I was thinking about doing that but then I said no." I said back to her.

"You care about people feelings I like you." She said before going into Sam's room. "Did you eat?" I asked her "No I was about to make breakfast." She said "Let me do it I've been dying to try out the recipe Chloe gave me." I said "Go ahead but do you want me to help?" She asked "No just stay here and continue being adorable." I said kissing her cheek and passing her Pepper before going to the kitchen and washing my hands.

Chloe gave me a recipe of how to make her funfetti buttermilk pancakes. I got the stuff ready and realized that Sam doesn't have any sprinkles "I'm going to the store do you guys want anything?" Haylie asks "Just sprinkles please." I said and she nodded got Sam's keys and left, I started mixing the ingredients together until I felt hands wrap around my waist but slid under my skirt.

"Baby no." I said as I put my hand on top of hers "Come on gorgeous we got a couple of minutes before Haylie comes back." She said kissing my neck "Okay." I said moving my hand, I felt her smirk on my neck before her hands went inside my panties.

"Hey guys I'm back." Haylie says as she hands me the sprinkles "Thank you." I said opening them "No problem." She said as she sat at the table and got on her phone, I looked back at Sam who was on the couch smirking. I continued to make the pancakes. When I was done I made their plates and poured the homemade vanilla icing on it.

"This is amazing who taught you how to make this?" Haylie asked, me and Sam laughed "My sister." I said "I'm gonna have to talk to your sister because this right here is amazing." Sam agreed "Thank you." I said as I picked up Pepper "I thinks she likes you more than me." Sam said "No she loves you." I said.

"Well I love you." She said "I love you too." I said as my phone started ringing "Big Sista purple heart Face Time video." My phone says "Hey Chloe." "Cleo they're trying to gang up on me and tell me Capricorn is the better sign." She said "It is." I heard Claire say "Nope it's Aquarius sorry Claire and Lola but we're better." I said "No it's Pisces." Sam said.

"Is that Sam?" Rosie asked "Yes." "Tell her I said thank you." Sam laughed "Lets asks the babies." Mason says "Okay so Cory, Lory, and Roselyne which sign is better?" Ceecee asks, they started making noise "Did guys say Libra?" Mia asked "What even got you guys talking about this?" I asked.

"I was looking at zodiac sign necklaces for everyone since we basically got all 12 and then Lola wanted to start something." Chloe said "You want me to start something?" Lola asked "I'm gonna call you later Cleo." "Bye." I said laughing. "When is everyone birthday?" Sam asked "Chloe is January, then there's me, Rosie and Lily is March, April is Ceecee, and the older twins, May is Mia and Mason, July is Lucas and Amanda, August is Tyler and Avery, October is the little babies, then there's December with Lola and Claire." I said.

"That's a lot what are your parents?" Haylie asked "My mom is a Libra and my Dad is a Cancer." I said "That's a lot I'm a Taurus." She said and I nodded. We sat on the couch and watched movies and talked the whole day.
