Your Unexpected Journey

"I like you" & Amrâlimê

Rivendell was magnificent, enchanting beautiful. Not in your wildest dreams you had been able to come up to imagination like this.

You had not disliked Lord Elronds dinner party. Vegetables was ok with you, meat was not something that was high up on your list anyway.
But when Lord Elrond had offered you a more comfortable place to sleep you had turned him down without thinking about it and then you felt a bit uncongenial and said that you rather be with the company.
- It feels safer for me.
Thorin Oakenshield had looked at you but said nothing.
But you did not turn down Lord Elronds offer to take a bath at the womens bath.
That was something you wanted to do all alone.
Travel and being on the road for weeks now and not a proper bath started to get you...and you so longed for a bath and clean clothes.

After the bath you felt reborn. You had been able to change all your clothes exept for your armytrousers and they were dusty even after your hard efforts to shake them.

- Y/n...
You turned around, thought you were alone at the campingplace the company picked out.
It was Kili and he was holding a pair of deerskin trousers.
Kili was clean as well and in a new outfit and his hair was wet.
- They may be a little bit short, but you can pull your socks over and you have your boots to cover.
- Thank you Kili.
- Fili wanted you to borrow his pair of trousers but I told him that mine would fit you better. We are more close in length, our mother sewn them by the way...
- I like them.
You tried them on after Kili turned his back to you.
- Ok, im done, they are great....warmer and clean. You said an Kili laughed.
- I thought you would like some clean trousers.

The other dwarves started to show up one by one, and they were all cleaner and you all smelled better *LOL*
A fire was started and then supper was on the schedule.
You noticed that Gandalf was missing and so was Thorin, Balin and Bilbo...but you guessed that they were with Lord Elrond.

- Hey y/n. Fili sat down beside you and gave you a plate.
sausage, bread with butter and a thick piece of cheese and three boiled eggs.
- Where did you get the eggs!
- Well, I found them.
- Foung tjem...you said with your mouth full of egg.
Fili laughed
- You said that you liked eggs, so...when I finished my bath and I was walking back I passed a henhouse...
- So you just borrowed some ggs. You smiled.
Fili nodded.
- Do you want the last one? You handed him the egg.
- Its yours.
- I can only eat two.
- You shure?
You nodded so Fili took the egg.
- Can I sit with you?
Both you and Fili looked up at a smirking Kili.
- Of course. You and Fili said at the same time.
- Well, better ask...you seemed busy. Kili said raising his eyebrows when he looked at his brother.

The night came...and with it a full moon with a pale light.
You were clean, stuffed and tired...and you felt safe. Gloin was watching the fire...no need for anything else.
Nothing could assult you here in Rivendell, no orcs.
You were lying in the middle, between Fili and Kili as you had since the day the quest started.
It felt like you never been anywhere else then in Middle earth.
Your own world and reality seemed like a strange dream...far far away.

You woke up with a jerk and gasped.
You dreamt something but could not remember any of it more than a fearsome feeling and then you 
realized that you in your sleep had moved closer to Fili and he held his hand on your hip.
He was awake, you could hear it in his breathing.
- You were just having a bad dream, you are safe. I would never let anybody or anything hurt or harm you. He whispered
- Promise...you whisper and moved closer.
- I promise...he said and let you move close to his chest. Resting your head just below his armpit on one of his arm so he could hold his arms around you.
He smelled your hair...
- You smell good...he whisper
- I like you...you whispered back so low-pitched you were not shure he heard you but he tightend his grip around you when you finish the sentence and responded to you with...
