The sun was setting it was all over.
Ever since you've been a litte girl back in your world you always question why it was so that the prince would always save the princess...
You changed that...you saved the prince...well the princes and the king!
How about that?It feels like you've been forever here in middle earth on a quest with 13 dwarves, 1 hobbit and a wizard.
But it has just been little over a year.It all started on a ordinary boring day in your hometown...you were taking a day off school (as usual on tuesdays) and went to the old bookshop around the corner.
But something wasn't right the bookshopkeeper was not the same instead there was an old man behind the desk."Where is mr. Wennerlund?" You asked the old man.
"Oh, he's out for the day...he'll be back tomorrow". The old man smiled. He had what you may call a wheatherbeaten face, so you could not really tell his age. But old...like 70-80? His hair was thick and dark grey.
"Did you want something dear child? Perhaps an adventure?"
"No I just wondered...what, no...I can come back...did you say adventure?" You could not help yourself, everything just felt a little bit like...well you could say magic but in your world it's not likely...you walked up to the desk and looked at the old man.
"I'm Y/N, at your service, and you are?"
"Oh, I'm Master Aulë. At your service..." the old man blinked an eye.Why on earth did you say that?! "At your service"
The old man pushes a book over the desk. You pick it up...it's Tolkiens The Hobbit! And you open it and gasp "First edition!"
Master Aulë smiles "An adventure child? Yes?!"
"What? Yes, it was my first adventure...the quest to reclaim Erebor...my father read it to me."
"Then you will know what to do." Master Aulë stands up, he's much taller than you thought and he goes around the desk and when he is infront of you he claps his hands hard just infront of your face so you had to blink...and that short second you blinked changed everything 'cause you were not in the bookshop when you opened your eyes...you were defenitely not in your hometown...not near it...you were in a forest!? And that feeling again...like magic and all you could bear yourself to say was to quote a famous movie
"I don't think I'm in Kansas anymore".
