Incomplete Izuku x Overhaul

A new encounter

                          ~pov Izuku pov~

"Yesterday there where no problems so there shouldn't be anything to worry about today.", I say to myself as I make a rice stuffed omelet for breakfast. Once finished I transfer the omelet to a plate and grab a fork before I look at the list Kurogiri has asked me to do today.

                               *flashback*
"I will need to leave early tonight Izuku. So you will have to lock up. Also tomorrow I will not be here but here is a list of things I need you to do.", Kurogiri said as he handed me a pad of paper. On the paper there was a list of things that Kurogiri usually did like check the kegs to make sure none are running low, clean the beer taps, among other things. I look up at him before asking, "Is everything okay? If something is wrong you can tell me."

"Nothing is wrong. I'm just visiting a old friend of mine tomorrow.", Kurogiri says while the corners of his eyes get thinner. He must be smiling while thinking about his friend. Since starting work here he has never taken a day off so this will be good for him.

I smile up to him determined to make him proud.

                     *End of flashback*

As I finished up eating I set my plate and fork into the sink. I will wash them when I get back. I start to head to work after I grab the notepad Kurogiri wrote the list of things I need to do on. After I leave my house I feel that strange feeling of being watched again I look around and don't see anyone. So I keep walking. Once I reach the bar I unlock the door with the keys Kurogiri left with me before turning on the lights.

I go inside. It's weird being their by myself. I always had Kurogiri there before me. Guess I'm getting more responsibilities here. I look at the note pad first I need to check on the kegs that sit under the counter. I attached a strip that Kurogiri had showed me yesterday. It measures the thermometric inside of the keg. It's reading as empty. So I head downstairs to get a new one. Once downstairs I start to look for the right keg. Once I get to the far wall I notice a door and can hear some beeping like from a hospital heart monitor. I ignore the sound and continue to look for the right keg. After moving a few boxes I finally find it I start to try to drag it to the stairs. Only getting it a few feet before I hear the door with the beeping behind it open. I twirl around and see a man with only half a face. I nearly scream when I see him. Instead I let out a Yelp as I run into the keg. "H...hello sir."

The tall man chuckles before somewhat squatting so he is at my height. How he knows how tall I am I have no clue. Hopefully it's his quirk. "Sorry if I scared you young man. I'm the owner of this establishment. You must be Young Midoriya. I've heard quite a bit about you.", the man said with a kinda scary smile.

"I...it's nice to meet you sir. I...I don't know what to call you.", I say while trying my best to smile.

"You may call me Sensei. That is what everyone else calls me. You remind me of my younger brother such a frail thing he was.", as he started talking about his younger brother a frown marred his face and an scary aura partially surrounded him before both quickly disappeared.

"Nice to meet you Sensei. My name as you already know is Izuku Midoriya.", I say while trying to put a little more distance between us. Sensei chuckled before standing up.

"Nice to meet you Midoriya. I heard you are having trouble moving that keg I will help you move it if you need it.", he said while gesturing a hand towards the keg.

I nod my head slightly before telling the tall man "Yes please. Sorry I'm not all that strong."

He chuckled before moving over to the keg and lifting it with ease. I stand there shocked while watching him carry the keg across the room and up the stairs. I shake the suprise off before following after him. "Wow Sensei you are really strong!", I say while smiling at him as he sets the keg down beside the others. He starts chuckling deeply.

"I guess I am.", he said while smiling at me. "Is it true that you are quirkless young Midoriya?"

I nod my head while blushing. "Yes sir, I am quirkless.", I say quietly.

"Ah so what Kurogiri told me was true. Well you are welcome to work here as long as you would like. I know it can be a rough place out their for quirkless people such as yourself.", he said with a polite reassuring smile.

"Thank you sir."

"All types are welcome here.", he chuckles.

"That is very kind of you sir."

He smiles after a moment. "I heard that Chisaki has taken a intrest in you."

I feel my face heat up. "I wouldn't say that. He just invited me to drink sake with him.", I say while waving my hands in front of my face in a dismissive manner.

"Oh you must not know. Chisaki is very critical of people. He also doesn't take to kindly to those who he sees as dirty.", Sensei says as if he where telling me something private.
