Y/N pov :

It's been 2 years since the war with the dark lord . Draco and I settled down in a smaller version of the malfoy manor just outside of London . We were both death eaters along side our parents . We would often accompany our families for tea . By families i mean my parents and Narcissa . Draco won't forgive Lucius and i'm afraid he never will . Besides the obvious me and Draco have been quite happy with our lives . I teach at hogwarts as a Defense Against the Dark Arts professor and Draco works at the ministry . Yet for the upcoming school year i had to take leave . Draco and I will be a welcoming our first child into the world in just 3 months time .

Draco's pov :

Things have been well since the war with the dark lord . Me and Y/N will be expecting our first child soon and we couldn't be happier . Recently i received an invitation from my mother and father to accompany them and attend some sort of event . I came home and didn't find Y/N anywhere so i walked out to the gardens and seen her sitting on the  swing reading . I came up behind her and loosely wrapped my arms around her neck laying my head on her shoulder . " Good evening my love " i said as i kissed her cheek . " nice of you to join me Mr.Malfoy " she smiled . Never in my life have i seen a sight so beautiful . The way her hair effortlessly falls and shapes her face and she has this glow to her . She always tells me it's just bc she's with child but it's always been there . Since the day we met she's always has had a sparkle in her eye and a even though she's a death eater her heart is as pure as the finest diamonds in all the land . " we have been requested to join my parents today at 5 pm " and i sat on the swing next to her . " we were requested by my parents as well " she stated and i knew then it wasn't a good sign . Ever since the war our families have been out to get each other . My father hated the fact that the L/N 's daughter was going to be my  wife and birth the next heir . " As much as i enjoy not speaking to my father , or being in the company of him or your father , i think we should join them " . i kissed her head and went inside for a shower .
