you lay still under your covers, staring at the ceiling. you have no clue what time it is, you haven't slept all night since Draco told you what he did. you feel so bad for him, yet so angry at Pansy. you wish you could do or say something but, Draco advised you don't.

you sit up quickly, looking over at Luna who is sound asleep. you take a look at Hermione's bed which is still empty, and start thinking about Pansy again. You don't know what to do, you're filled with so much anger that you can't let out, and thinking about Hermione makes you angrier.

you try to get some sleep and wake up to the sound of Luna rushing around. "Luna, you okay?" you ask, sitting up and rubbing your eyes. "yeah, i'm just going to be late for a class. are you okay though? you were tossing and turning a lot" "oh... i'm alright, thank you"

"okay... so are you and malfoy still together?" "yeah... are you okay with the idea? i never really got your input" "I'm perfectly happy for you, i believe he can be a good person if he tries and you must see some good in him" "oh... yeah, well it's great that you think so positively Luna, it's your best quality"

you get up off your bed and grab your uniform, getting ready for classes. "thank you!" she smiles, leaving the room in a hurry. you tie your tie and grab your robe, leaving the room with your books in hand.

you walk into your class and stop at the sight of Pansy trying to sit next to Draco. he tells her to sit somewhere else but she doesn't listen, and that annoys you. you walk over to the table they're sitting at, dropping your books on the desk in front of her.

"this is my seat Parkinson" "i'm clearly sitting here" she responds in a cocky way. you look at Draco who is giving you a "don't do anything" look. you look at Pansy and fake a smile, a really realistic, yet fake smile. "could you please move? i'd like to sit next to my boyfriend".

you speak politely, your sudden kindness intimidating her more than your anger.

she grabs her books and gets up from the desk, mumbling "whatever" under her breath before walking past you. you sit beside Draco and sigh deeply, "i'm sorry, i'm really upset about what you told me" you whisper. "it's fine, but... listen, i have some family stuff going on right now so i don't know how often i'll be around"

you're confused by this, turning to face him and get a better listen. "how do you mean?" "i can't say anything about it but something big is happening that my parents are involved with, they need me to be around. i'll probably be at malfoy manor a lot more then here"

"well... are you okay?" you ask nervously. "yeah... yeah i'm fine" he lies, feeling nervous on the inside.

you decide to drop the conversation and focus on the class, but before you can, you notice Harry, Hermione and Ron sitting together. you miss hanging out with just three three of you, things got a little complicated after a while and everyone started drifting, then this fight happened.

you can't even call it a fight, more just your "friends" unable to be happy for you. you can tell that something bad is coming to hogwarts, teachers taking extra precautions without telling the students what for, Voldemort's threat, the fight Dumbledore had with him, Harry.

you're worried about what's coming, hearing rumours from people that a big war may be about to come. None of you are prepared for that, you may all be in sixth year students but you have had no reason to learn how to fight against a wizard as powerful as voldemort.

you hope for Draco's sake that he's okay. although the said he was, you're worried about him, and you don't know how you feel about not seeing him as often. You hope it doesn't last long, and you really hope nothing bad happens and it's all a mix up.

i'm sorry for the shit and boring chapters but it's about to get real intense in the next chapters, you won't even notice the boring ones existed anymore ;)
