Still Adjusting (New Adjustments part 2)

"DRIA!!!! Wake up!" Alex yelled at the top of his lungs as he jumped on my bed.

I slid my left leg out of my cover and kicked him in his balls. He groaned in pain as he stop jumping. I look up at him and his face was red as he was holding his crotch area.

"Dumbass. Now get out, I'm trying to sleep." I told him.

"Fuck you. Momma told me to wake yo bum ass up. We have school." He said as he got off my bed and fixed his shorts.

"Yea, I'm not going today. Doctor's appointment."

He just stared at me. "Let's go." He said then walked out of my room.

Alex can always tell when I'm lying, which is a pain in my ass but whatever.

So today is the first day of Senior year and I am beyond excited. For the last half of summer, I worked at a summer camp and didn't see Trey the whole time. It was painful. But the first half, I spent most, like 97%, of the time with him. He's bae haah.

But since I haven't seen him in like a month, I have to look my best today.

After I did my hygiene routine, I slipped on some all black high waisted shorts with a cropped white and black stripe shirt. I then put on my black footies with my all white vans. My hair had grew a lot over the summer. Now it's to the middle of my back! I'm geeked.

Since I straightened it last night, I just styled it and let it hang down.

Ten minutes later, I walked down to the kitchen to get something to eat.

I looked at Alex and noticed he had on some black cargo shorts, a white polo and his black vans. I hate him so much.

"Why are you looking at me like that?" He asked.

"Because we really look like twins now dumbass." I said. He laughed as he scanned my outfit then his.

"Anyway...are you trying out for track?" Alex asked.

"Hell yea!" I responded.

"Good, I'll at least have a little competition this year."

Alex and I are really fast. Because we ran so much as kids and our high adrenaline, people can't beat us.

I rolled my eyes at his statement as I started to eat my cereal.

"Are you taking me to school?" I asked him.

"Why?" He responded with a mouth full.

"Because I don't feel like driving today."

"You're so damn lazy." He said.

"No I not!"

"You stupid." We both laugh.

"You ready for this?" Alex asked as we pulled up to the school.

"I don't know. Dude, we're seniors. I thought this day would've never come." I told him.

"Me either."

We sat in silence for just a few more minutes then got out. Time for school haah.
