00 - Narration

H A N E U N

"Come on, please?" I rolled my eyes as I looked at Lucas. He was forcing me to have dinner with him tonight. Talagang binubudol pa ako ng loko dahil sabi ay ipags-shopping daw ako. Daig pa sugar daddy ang hanep.

"Wong Yukhei, napakagastusero mo talaga. Stop spending your parents money! Sinabing gagawa ako ng project ngayong gabi. Minsan na nga lang sipagin, mabubulilyaso pa gawa mo." I said sounding a little frustrated. But honestly, I'm trying my best to resist him and his offer.

I mean, he's my best friend. Yeah, may mga kaibigan siya dito. Marami nga siyang friends eh but Lucas and I were friends ever since we were born. We grew up together so we somewhat find comfort with each other.

He whined and even lay himself completely at my bed. Iniikot ko ang swivel chair ko at nagtuloy sa pagbabasa ng libro.

Nakaharap kasi kanina yung upuan ko sa kanya. Inikot at hinila niya ako palapit sa kama kung san siya nakaupo kanina habang pinipilit niya akong samahan siya.

"Mas importante pa yang project na yan sakin." he muttered just enough for me to hear him.

I smirked and tilted my head at the side. Ayan nanaman siya. Palagi niya nalang ginagamit sakin yang line na 'yan! I always tell him that he's very important to me kaya siguro ginagamit ng loko sakin.

Iniikot ko paharap sa kanya ang upuan and I saw him still laying comfortably at my bed. Nakataklob ang dalawang braso sa mukha.

"You know that's not it." I said. Iniangat niya ang braso at sinilip ako ng kaonti. He pouted and sat down.

"Then have dinner with me, please? Promise I'll help you with your project!" he said excitedly.

"Can we just order and eat here?" I asked trying to propose a deal with him which I find easier for the both of us.

We'll have dinner like he wants and then I can do my project as well.

He stopped to think and smiled anyways, "Alright, what food do you want to eat?"

I chuckled, "Ikaw na bahala." I turned around and started my project again.

He stood up and went towards me. Naramdaman kong hinalikan niya ang tuktok ng ulo ko bago naglakad palapit sa pinto ng kwarto ko.

"I'll go ask Savi if she wants food too." he said and left.

I smiled a little and rested my back at my chair. I'm aware of what he feels towards my girl best friend. Hindi man niya sabihin sakin ng diretso but I know it. With the way he acts and cares for Savi, he surely have something special for her.

Savi is in love with another man. She's madly in love with him so I don't know what exactly to feel.

Half of me is happy because at least they won't end up together but half of me is sad because Lucas don't stand a chance to the girl he likes.

Bakit kasi hindi nalang ako?
