H A N E U N
I leaned down to tie my shoe lace when I felt his presence behind me. I looked over my shoulder to see a sulky Lucas. His lips are pouting and his nose are still red.
I chuckled, "What's with the face?" I asked him.
I'm now getting ready for school. Hindi ko muna papasukin si Lucas since he's still kind of sick. I planned to go to school and attend even just the first two subjects since I have quiz at one of them.
"Why do you have to go to school?" he asked with his pouty face.
"Kasi may pasok."
He rolled his eyes and messed his already messy hair. "I'm sick, can you just stay?"
I shook my head no and walked towards him. Nakaupo kasi siya sa sofa. Inayos ko ang magulo niyang buhok at inilapat ang likod ng kamay ko sa leeg niya.
"I'll just take the quiz and I'll go back here."
He squinted his eyes and starred at me. I guess he's doubting what I said. I rolled my eyes.
"Promise."
He sighed then nodded his head.
"What do you want for lunch? Bibili ako bago pumunta dito."
"Anything, just go back here." he muttered under his breath before he coughed.
"Okay." I said and waved a little before turning back from him.
"Where are you going?" I asked when he stood up as well at nagsusuot pa ng jacket.
"I'll see you out."
"No. Stay here." I said and made him sit back down at the sofa.
"I said I'll go." he firmly said.
I sighed and massaged my temple for a while. "Okay. Wear your mask." I said surrendering. Napaka-kulit talaga nitong si Yukhei.
Nagmask nga siya at napangiti ako kasi ang cute niya. I extended my hand and pinched his cheeks.

I chuckled and was about to move away when he held my arm preventing me from moving further.
"Kiss." he said.
"Huh?" I asked blushing.
He put his hand over my nape and pulled me down. He softly kissed my forehead and my eyes were a bit big out from shock.
I gulped. I thought...
"You okay?" He asked.
"Y-Yeah. I'm good."
"I'm still sick so, I can't."
Napalingon ako sa gawi niya nang marinig ko siyang bumubulong. I furrowed my brows at him still blushing.
"Ano sinasabi mo jan?" I asked. Hindi ko kasi marinig eh.
"I said take care and come back here to me later."
