Chapter Thirty-Six

It's been a while since Jungkook has been able to sit down with his two best friends. Ever since the day Hanbin got kidnapped, Jimin was constantly blaming himself. He had told Jungkook that if he weren't pregnant then he would have been able to do much more to keep Hanbin safe, but Jungkook refused to let Jimin bring himself down. He reassured Jimin that he wasn't angry with him, yet Jimin still thought a rift had formed between them over time. When in reality, the only reason they haven't gotten to catch up face to face was because of their conflicting schedules. Jungkook was obviously cooped up with Hanbin when he first returned and he was still very bothered by certain things Hanbin wasn't improving in - so he simply didn't have much time out of work and taking care of two kids (one of which needing extra care) to hang out with his friends. The same went with Jimin has he always found himself either in the doctors or being forced to work out with Namjoon to keep his health up during the pregnancy.

Finally, after a long time of being apart, Jungkook and Jimin were sitting beside each other in Jimin's house. Namjoon was called into work or else he would've been there too.

He didn't have to go to work today because Taehyung was working from home. Jungkook was happy with that because he thought it would be rather awkward facing Taehyung the day before their date, but then again, Jungkook was a naturally awkward person.

They talked about whatever they could. Jungkook made sure to leave out the date thing with Taehyung. Jimin ranted about how he was being deprived of sex because Namjoon foolishly and rather illogically thought they were having twins so he'd more than likely poke one of the baby's heads. Jimin constantly reminded him that they were only having one child - another girl - but Namjoon was still being cautious. So Jimin hasn't had sex in two months.

Jungkook wanted to roll his eyes and tell the older man that he hasn't sex in literally forever but there was no sense in arguing with an angry, pregnant man deprived of what keeps him sane: sex.

Jungkook was surprised by how big Jimin's stomach was. He was only about six or seven months now but he looked as though he was ten months and that wasn't even possible. His stomach popped out of his Haikyu shirt as if he had an abnormally huge watermelon underneath it. Jungkook never really had problems with being pregnant, he only ever felt like a whale when he reached the last two months of the third trimester, but from month one to seven, his stomach never really looked so large.

"Are you sure you're not having twins?" Jungkook asked. Jimin sent him an incredulous look as he sat his wheat cereal atop his protruding stomach.

"Are you insane?" The older male asked, "no. We're having one girl."

"Sometimes a second baby can go undetected."

"It's undetected because it doesn't exist," Jimin rolled his eyes, "are you asking this because I'm as fat as a hippo?"

Jungkook tried to stifle his laugh as he took a quick sip of his cherry Pepsi. "N-No, I was asking because...yeah, it's because you look like a hippo, sorry."

Jimin gasped and tried to hit the younger male but before he could, Jungkook shot up from the couch, narrowly missing Jimin's hand. Jungkook chuckled as Jimin threw a fit. The older male groaned as he leaned up to place the bowl of cereal on his table.

"Would it hurt Namjoon's feelings if you gave me like a handjob?" Jimin asked Jungkook to which the man doubled over in laughter.

"I'm not giving you a handjob!"

"You probably don't even remember how to do it!" Jimin laughed, "when was the last time you got laid?"

"This isn't about me getting laid, this is about you having twins and refusing to admit it."
