Now You See Me

Immaculate Deception

Henry flipped over to his back looking at his clock. It was 2 in the morning and he couldn't get any sleep. Henry moved to his lie on his side. He has gone over the events in his head and tried to make sense of it. He couldn't believe what he heard.

Flashback

Emma and Kyle decided to get out of the hot tub and went to diner. They were right now sitting in a booth as they opened their menus. 

Kyle looked at her. "What's wrong?"

Nothing. Emma continued looking at the menu. 

"Come on, stop lying to me."

I'm not lying. She said and then looked at him. 

"Then look at me when you say that."

"I just did."

"No, You looked at me after you said it."

"Kyle, it doesn't matter."

"It does matter. If you are not feeling well, I want to know. "

Oh really? You are the one causing it. She thought. The truth was that she yet had another nightmare and had stayed up half the night completely alone. She couldn't go to her dad again. 

Kyle and Ema bickering back and forth until Emma felt anger boil up inside of her. 

Emma yelled, "IAM FINE NOW, LEAVE ME ALONE OR GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE."

It seemed to calm Kyle down who placed his menu down and got into his car and drove off. Emma was left alone in that diner and had to walk almost 5-6 miles home. 

Flashback over

Henry turned over and tried to replay how these past four months have been because he has now lost his girlfriend and the Taking Down Emma plan is going off course. He felt the only way he was going to break it off would like they planned: Leaving her heartbroken and a complete mess. He knew he'd comfort her and comfort her and just hold her in his arms and tell her what a jerk Kyle was and what a jerk he was. 

He flipped back on to his back again and looked at the ceiling. He didn't deserve to live because he was evil, heartless, and a jackass. How could he even get himself into that mess? Over the conflict his brother and him. Emma did absolutely nothing to him and he destroyed her so badly that she's afraid to get up in the morning. He didn't even know the girl until now. Henry kept beating himself up over this situation he had gotten himself into for the rest of the night. Painfully, he planned the break-up as well because the faster Emma would get rid of Kyle, the quicker she'd recover, or at least he hoped this would be the case.

The next day   

Henry sat with his friends at Lunch and stayed silent. 

"Hen, I'm sorry for what I said yesterday and I know we are not a couple anymore but we can still be friends."

He looked up at April and nodded. 

"Ok, good because I don't want to lose you as a friend."

When's he doing it? Chloe smiled. "When will Kyle pull the plug?"

While Chloe was talking, Henry looked around at all of his friends because People who he thought were like his family suddenly didn't seem like family to him. Lastly, his girlfriend, He thought she was a walking beauty but now all she was behind it was a spoiled, no good brat. 

"Kyle, When you break with her make sure you do it gently."

What does that mean? April asked Henry.
