What You Started...

Once again, her teacher's words started fading, and her surroundings did as well. She continued looking at her ring as images of her and Kyle flashed before her.

"Don't live in the past he was holding her hand."

She immediately dropped the ring to her desk. "Get over it, Emma! He doesn't love you!"

She wishes that he'd come back to her and look at her with his beautiful eyes and tell her that he made a mistake and that he still has feelings for her.

.....I miss her. Emma heard April talking to someone as she entered her Calculus class.

"I mean now that I'm single again. She laughed, "I get to spend more time with my Chloey."

Emma dropped her bag and sat down at her desk trying to tune out everything April was saying.

I don't think I could go to the mall for 12 hours of just shopping. April's friend giggled, obviously trying to make an impression.

With Chloe, it's easy. April smiled. "So anyway, here's some gossip coming your way...Kyle is dating a girl who he says is perfect. Now I've seen her and I'd have to agree. I mean--"

Kyle's what? Emma couldn't help but ask.

Dating. April replied happily.

Who? April's friend asked.

Alica Brown. Now he totally told me that his sex life is in overdrive since sex life has been in overdrive since he has been with this girl. I guess the last girl he was with was bad in bed."

I didn't sleep with him. Emma replied angrily.

Oh right, you are the Ex. April smirked. "I wouldn't lie if I were you. No one will believe you anyway."

I'm not. Kyle and I never slept together! She was on the verge of tears.

"A little too loud, don't you think?"

Emma looked around and blushed and looked back at April who had a satisfied grin plastered on.

Emma, are you crying? she said loud enough for everyone to hear.

Ok, Class. The teacher entered the classroom. The class went to their seat and then sat down to listen to what she had to say.

meanwhile...

Henry and Zach the teacher said.

what happened? Henry snapped out of his thoughts.

Would you care to listen next time, Hart? I said I won't repeat myself. Let's hope Zach can fill you in. Henry's french teacher said. "Brittany and Christy.."

Henry turned to the kid to his left that his teacher signaled towards. 

Page 522, activity 7. Zach pointed to his book. 

Oh. Henry flipped to the page 

"You want to ask a question or answer?"

Don't really want to do either. Henry replied. "I mean it's oral, right? She won't know if we are actually doing it."

"Fine."

Henry nodded as he looked at his teacher and smiled at her when he saw she was looking at him. 

He looked back at Zach. "Didn't you go to my elementary school or something like that?"

Zach nodded, "Yep."

"Were you in my first-grade class or something?"

"1st, 2nd,4th, and 5th."

Damn, that many grades. Henry tried to remember.
