Very dark not for the faint of heart.
Roman stared down at the now still body before him. Its skin was deathly pale, chalky, its body was almost like a doll.
There limbs were twisted inhumanly, legs stiff and facing opposing ways as bones pierced through the layer of skin, now stone cold, free from their prison.
Roman had been frozen in place, motionless and hardly breathing.
Almost as if the man was made of glass and was bound to crack under the slightest touch, literally and metaphorically.
The wind almost swept him off the edge of the building he was standing on and he felt the urge to jump cloud his mind, wanting to join patton on the pavement down below.
Virgil silently joined roman back on the edge of the building, holding his hand ever so gently and said nothing to the other beside him.
They didn't mean to kill him. They were only suppose to scare him.
Threaten him...
Roman was on the fence with the idea because the innocent patton was a close friend but... he could speak up and tell everyone about the amount of people the couple had killed.
On first glance they seemed like a very chilled, happy couple but behind the closed doors, they both had some dirty little secrets...
Virgil was the brains with every operation and murder but Roman was the brute, the assassin, he was the one who put the plans into action. He wasn't hesitant in killing anyone weather it be from hit and run or strangulation, he wasn't afraid.
Virgil on the other hand was just as dangerous and deadly, but only with his mind. He was a sick, twisted human; the plans he made were flawless and never failed, that's what made him so threatening.
Together, with the brains and the brawn, they could get anything they wanted, if that be power or money, they could get it.
With ease...
