The next morning, neither Ethan or Thomas spoke about why they woke up together on the couch.

Thomas was calm and casual when he woke up besides Ethan. Despite the fact that he was nervous wreck about what Ethan could be thinking, Thomas pretended to be collected as he walked upstairs to go to his bedroom.

Ethan on the other hand felt like there were ants crawling around in his skin. Even though he ended up being alone in the living room, Ethan quickly ran into his bedroom so that he could hide in there.

They spent rest of the morning and afternoon isolated by themselves. Both of them felt like they crossed the thin line that was their friendship, but neither of them were willing to speak about how it wasn't an accident that they slept on the couch together.

To the outside world it would have meant nothing, because it was just two best friends falling asleep after a movie marathon.

But for Ethan and Thomas it was about how they both felt selfish, because they wanted more from each other. They were too scared to admit their feelings for each other, and too oblivious about the other person's feelings.

The doorbell rang later in the evening, and Ethan came down the stairs to open the door. Waiting for them on the porch, Harrison smiled back at Ethan all dressed nicely.

"Let's go." Harrison announced. "Get dressed, and then get out."

"Go where?" Ethan looked down at himself, and they both could see how Ethan was only dressed in an old shirt and shorts - an outfit that was better suited for lazy nights in.

"It's Saturday night Ethan!" Harrison let himself in and shouted for Thomas at the bottom of the stairs. "Get dressed, we're going to a club!"

Ethan whined because he wasn't in the mood. "I don't want to go."

"Come on Ethan, it's February 15th." Ethan didn't understand Harrison's placed importance on the date, so he allowed Harrison to elaborate. "It's when all the Valentine's Day rejects go out and sleep around."

"You're married to my sister..." Ethan pointed out.

Kristen walked into Ethan's home as she was putting shiny lip gloss on. She was also dressed up in an outfit that made her ready to dance.

"This was her idea." Harrison laughed.

Thomas was standing at the bottom of the staircase as he wanted to listen to all the commotion that was now involving him. "Sounds fun?"

"We heard that both of you stayed at home on Valentine's Day. Given that you're both young, we expected a better night from you both." Kristen looked out the window and made sure their Uber was still waiting for them. "We're going to be your wingmen so you both can find a woman."

"I'm gay." Thomas said as he corrected Kristen's assumption.

"Even better!" Kristen squealed. She moved next to Thomas and clutched onto his arm. "Then maybe we can pick out a hot guy for you."

Thomas deliberately avoided looking at Ethan as he let Kristen drag him upstairs to get changed. Ethan coughed awkwardly as he went upstairs to get changed as well, no longer wanting to be the only one staying home.

It had been 2 hours since they entered club, and the four of them were dancing the night away. Lost in the crowd of people, the blinking lights, and the sound of music blasting throughout the club, Thomas was enjoying the night out that he didn't know he needed.
