*Extended chapter~~~~~~~~~~
Thomas' patent leather shoes could be heard clicking against the floorboard as he walked up to Ethan's bedroom. Standing behind the closed door, Thomas sighed as he knocked on Ethan's door.
"Are we really doing this again?" Thomas chuckled.
It had been 20 minutes since Thomas got dressed in his black tuxedo. The bodyguard had told Ethan to go ahead and get dressed first since he usually takes longer. But as Thomas stood outside Ethan's door, he wasn't sure if he was meant to be surprised that Ethan wasn't ready yet.
"You should know that all your talking doesn't help!" Ethan quipped back.
Thomas looked at his watch and saw how they were falling behind on time. "You know that we shouldn't be late, right? It's not going to look good when the son of Mr and Mrs Shelton shows up late to a charity event."
"Fuck you!" Ethan laughed. "If you must know, I'm just putting on my shoes."
"So, do I need to know any rules or anything?" Thomas wanted to make sure that he wouldn't screw anything up for the Sheltons. "I've never been to such an extravagant event before."
"Only talk to those that talk to you first." Ethan told Thomas as he began to button up his tuxedo. After he finished, Ethan opened the door to Thomas and advised, "I would also avoid any seafood offered at the event."
Ethan was making sure that his pocket square wasn't sticking out too much. After he got it all tidied up, Ethan looked up at the silent Thomas. "What?"
"Nothing... It's just... I've seen you in plenty of suits before, and this is just... different."
Ethan mockingly laughed as he appreciated his own appearance. "I think I look great!"
"You do!" Thomas stepped closer to Ethan so that he could appreciate the matching black bow tie. "I see you in suits quite often, but you look fucking fantastic right now."
"I could say the same to you." Ethan laughed as he stepped even closer to Thomas - practically pressing himself against the other man.
Thomas moved his hands that were previously toying with Ethan's bow tie, and slid them up Ethan's body so that they were around his neck. Pulling Ethan's head in closer, Thomas was smiling as he gently pressed his lips against Ethan's.
"Do I even need to ask what that was for?" Ethan joked.
Thomas was shaking his head as the smile on his face answered Ethan's question. Pressing one last chaste kiss on Ethan's lips, Thomas pulled himself away before he was going to strip Ethan down.
Ethan seemed to be able to read Thomas' mind as he knew that they should stop things from progressing before it went too far. "My mom's going to kill me if we're late."
Thomas nodded his head as he said, "Then let's get going."

The Calidales' gala was holding up to be the event of the year - and it was only February. Dozens of rich socialites filled up the Calidales' mansion despite the fact it was over 8,000 square feet wide, and 2 stories high.
Every floor in the mansion was always occupied by celebrities, CEOs of massive companies, socialites that had large networks, and butlers wearing a matching uniform that fit tonight's event.
Thomas was sitting besides Ethan at an unoccupied table in the garden. Lights were stretched all across the area as tables were filled with expensive china and crystal glasses.
