Chapter 37 - Bath

The sun had already faded away as it was now dark outside. Ethan was currently parking his car in the driveway after an unexpected long day at work.

Ethan was just exiting the car when he saw a sweaty Thomas letting himself in the house. Ethan carried his briefcase as he followed Thomas inside, colliding into his back since Thomas hadn't moved from the doormat.

"Sorry." Thomas laughed. "I just needed to catch my breath."

"Did you at least eat before you went on a crazy long jog?" Ethan asked.

Thomas nodded his head as he was checking his heart rate on his fit bit. He then moved towards the kitchen to get a glass of water to cool himself down.

"What about you?" Thomas asked. "I could have waited for you to come back."

"Then you would have had to wait too long to eat," Ethan explained. "I just grabbed something quick before I left the office."

Ethan pulled out two bottles of beers for the both of them. He then opened them, and clinked the bottles once he handed Thomas one.

As Thomas was drinking his beer, his eyes shifted down to the sweat patches that were all over his workout clothes. "I really need to go and take a shower. You want to pick a movie for when I come down?"

Ethan's mind was getting filthy as he watched the sweat drop from Thomas' skin. Ethan was standing on the opposite side of the room, and he was completely focussed on where the droplets were disappearing to.

"Alright, you go ahead." Ethan responded.

Thomas took his beer with him as he gave Ethan a quick kiss on the cheek before leaving. Thomas eventually closed the bathroom door after heading upstairs - now leaving Ethan alone downstairs.

Ethan had a cheeky grin on his face as an idea formed into his head. Carrying his own bottle of beer, Ethan also took a bottle of scotch with him upstairs. Ethan left his bedroom door opened as he then entered the en-suite bathroom, and ran a bath.

Thomas' hair was still wet as he got out of the shower. After drying himself down, Thomas wrapped the towel around his waist as he left the bathroom to get some clothes to change into.

As Thomas left the upstairs bathroom, he was forced to walk past Ethan's open bedroom door. Thomas heard the trickling sound of water in Ethan's en-suite bathroom, and he was going to ignore it until he heard Ethan call his name.

"Tommy? Get in here!" Ethan's echoed voiced shouted.

A curious Thomas obliged as he eventually stepped into Ethan's bathroom, and was met with the site of Ethan in the bathtub.

There was a lot left to the imagination as soap bubbles and warm water covered Ethan's body. Steam was filling in the bathroom as a naked Ethan was happily grinning at Thomas.

Thomas couldn't help but smile back at seeing a confident Ethan in his element. "Can I help you?"

"You can join me." Ethan told Thomas bluntly.

Thomas tilted his head slightly as he grinned at Ethan. "Uh huh... I actually already showered, and I was kind of looking forward to watching a film to be honest."
