Ethan woke up the next morning when he felt a dip in the bed right next to him. He rolled around on the bed as he opened his eyes to look at the man that woke him up.Thomas was sitting against the headboard when he climbed back into bed. He was looking at his phone when he felt Ethan push him gently.
"Sorry. Did I wake you up?" Thomas whispered.
Ethan groaned as he nodded his head. He moved his arms underneath his pillow as he propped his head up slightly.
"Get up," Thomas laughed. "Breakfast is almost ready, and you've been asleep all morning."
Ethan grabbed Thomas' arm so that he could look at his watch. He then sat up against the headboard as he stretched his limbs. "I'm sorry I fell asleep when we got back last night."
Thomas smiled at Ethan as he then tapped his leg. "It's fine Ethan, you had a busy day."
The day was just starting for the two of them as Thomas made up a list of things that they could do together on their day off. "Is there anywhere you want to go today? It's really warm outside so we can go to a beach or something? There's this traditional barbecue tour where we can go round lots of places and eat a ton of food? Or maybe you want to go shopping or something?"
Ethan listened to Thomas' ramble as he tried to tell him something. "Actually-"
A timer went off in the kitchen as Thomas had to finish getting their food ready. "Hold that thought."
Thomas climbed out of bed as he put on some random clothes nearby. He left Ethan in bed as he was preparing the other man breakfast in bed.
Ethan looked around the room that was all so familiar to him now. Everything brought peace to his mind and soul, because Ethan felt comforted by the things that reminded him of Thomas.
The grey suit that was hung on the door showed Ethan how serious Thomas took his job. The dumbbells in the corner of the room showed off how strong Thomas was. The photos of Thomas with Giles on the bedside table emphasised Thomas' loving and caring nature.
"It's going to need another 5 minutes!" Thomas shouted from the kitchen.
Ethan was watching the door as he heard Thomas coming back to him. Thomas joined him back on the bed as they then sat extremely close together. "So what do you want to do then?"
"I just want to spend the rest of today in this apartment," Ethan told Thomas. "Morning, evening, and afternoon."
Thomas laughed as he nudged Ethan's side. "Sounds fun."
Ethan then pointed towards themselves as he addressed how Thomas was the only one dressed. "No clothes... We're just going to hang out in our underwear together. All. Day. Long."
Thomas had a massive grin on his face because it was a win-win situation. With them alone in the apartment for the rest of the remaining days together, Thomas could freely ogle Ethan whenever and however he wanted.
Ethan wiggled his eyebrows as he then pointed at Thomas' shirt. "You can only come back into this room when all of this is off."
"Now that is something we would both hate..."
Thomas was heading back towards the kitchen as he was finally finishing making breakfast. His clothes began to fly off as Thomas took them off in the corridor, with Ethan seeing the bodyguard taking his shirt off before going round the corner.
Thomas was serving them both a bacon and spinach frittata and orange juice. Carrying a breakfast tray with him, Thomas was outside the doorway when Ethan told him to stop. Because he was wearing an apron, Ethan wasn't satisfied with Thomas breaking his rules.
