Kendra's POV

I rolled over on my water bed and looked at the clock, it was 11:08 am. I couldn't sleep at all last night and my legs were all sticky from the heat from under the comforters. I was almost expecting to roll over and find Zayn asleep next to me but then I remembered he was in London..

I remembered that my surgery would be taking place today, which was good I suppose because I've been becoming more and more weak as the seconds drag on.

I stumbled out of bed and down the stairs, heading to my living room. My feet dragged behind me as I forced them to move. Zayn had an interview today, so we wouldn't be able to talk as much as we did yesterday.

"Hi honey," I heard my mom say as she sat down on the same couch as me.

"I'm scared mom.." My voice trembled, I was beyond scared.I didn't want to lose my life so early, who would? What if I did die? What would happen with Zayn?

"Nothing will happen," my mom reassured me, rubbing my back. I nodded, then she started to talk again, " oh and guess what they found out how that monster fire started." And not to mention, I was scared about the person that tried to kill all of us.

"H-how?" I hesitated, listening closely. It had to be Taylor, it just had to be.

Taylor. He's going to be there after my surgery today.. What if he tries to do something to me? Or even worse.. My family? I shook the thought from my head and refocused myself onto the words lingering out of my mothers mouth.

"A match started it, isn't that crazy? A little tiny match started that huge fire!" She looked bewildered.

"Weird.." I croaked out.

She hopped up from the couch happily and went to the kitchen, "I'll make you your favorite breakfast before we leave! Get ready! It's at 1:10 but it takes an hour to get there so we have to leave by 12!" She got out the pots and pans and some pancake mix.

I just sat there, taking in all my thoughts. How could I get rid of Taylor for good? And maybe, if Zayn has all this trust in him.. I should trust him too? I don't know anymore, I just always have a weird feeling around that boy.
