43.Run-away brides ever met em?

He didn't really do anything with Leilani or Victoria and he was speaking the truth,I could see straight through his soul.He said he was done trying for us.This entire time I've tried moving on because I thought he broke me trust but he hadn't.He loved me through it all and he wanted to let me go.He thought I loved Dwayne. I never even knew he thought Dwayne and I were a 'thing' but I could understand what he thought.Dwayne and I were pretty close and for Josh it would look like I loved him and I did.I loved him as a friend and brother and nothing more.I couldn't love anyone but Josh and that scared me so much that I didn't want to let him back in, but in it all I know I'd never be able to forget or move-on from Josh because what we had wasn't something ordinary.It was special,heart warming and frightening and I was ready to take risks in my life and that was only because of him.He was my stronghold and he still is.

He let me go thinking I would have a great future with Dwayne when in reality I could only ever dream of walking down the isle to meet him like he joked before.In all his promises the one he made to my dad moved me the most.He said he'd let me go if that's what I wanted even if it crushed him.How could he even believe he'd have the courage to move on in life without me,that he'd wake up to an empty bed while I'd see the face of some unknown person.The person would never be my lover and I knew that and as much as I wouldn't admit it I loved Josh endlessly with passion indescribable. He tried everything he could to fight for us and now it had to be my chance.He wanted my happiness and he had to find out that it was with him.

The door creaks open,turning around I spot the fimilar, heart touching red standing on the black mess causing my heart stops beating with me taking in the undyingly handsome guy in front of me.The emerald piecing my red eyes raking him from top to bottom as I feel my cheeks heat up.I hate how my body reacts to him.His entire chest covered in a white shirt with the first three buttons undones showing his bare chest.Leather suspenders falling over his torso clasped to his beige fit pants with brown formal shoes.His thumb having a titianium ring and a boutonnière pinned on the left side of his muscular revealing shirt.My eyes stay fixed to his hair.He actually died his hair back again,he died it red.O my god,he was the perfect Josh I knew before my eyes but I wasn't.

He's eyes roam down my body as I grow nervous.Moving form the beige straped lace bralette down my showcased skin.Moving to my pants and heels and then back up.

"Do you need something?"I pick up my matching suit with the sleeves hunched up near the elbows.Cass' pick was pretty nice for all the bridesmaid. Suitpants wasn't something most people did for there bridesmaids but I guess unique made it special and memorable.

"I came to check for Ty's boutonnière,"he says as I nod for him to go on with his search.I needed to get out of here before he spoke something because I wasn't at all prepared for this; a talk with him.Putting my arm through the suit I walk towards the door but that isn't what happened.I see the ground getting closer to me as I wait for the impact but don't feel it.Opening my eyes I see Josh in front of me,his arms on my waist sending tingles.His hair killing me by every second,why did his cursed hair have a way for making me go crazy and those eyes,and...

"Are you alright?"his voice brings me back into the world.I nod as he places my back on me feet. "You didn't clasp your heel.Come with me,"he drags me gently toward the chair eyeing me to sit down.Why was I breathing hard?Why did my heart have to beat like I ran and marathon and why did those damn emerald eyes have to effect me in such a way?Meeting him was the best thing that ever happened to me and the biggest lie I ever told was saying that I'd never have wanted us to have crossed paths. "All done,"he steps back as I stand up.

"Thanks,"I smile walking out knowing that the air in here an timing just isn't right.Stepping out I spot Macy.

"Dang future sis,you're killing it,"Mace smirks as I chuckle.
