55.Surprise visit

Isabella's P.O.V

Thursday,the 18th of Feburary. I wake up early to bake some cheesecake for Josh in celebration of his big day.Being the pathetic baker that I am I follow a recipe on my phone with my ear pods in my ear not to wake Josh up.I'm busy listening to the chesse part of the recipe for the secnd time reprimanding myseflf for not havinf tried the recipe before when I feel something around me making me sheiek as his sweet laughter fills the room.

"Josh,"I smack his arms as he hugs me from behind,his head nuzzling my neck.His hot breath on my sensitive skin has my breathing fasten with him laying a kiss at the nape of my neck,removing my earpods.

"Really babe,even today.All the reasons I love you woman,"I chuckle turning slightly to kiss his jaw. "You're baking?"he asks curiously as I think of hiding my phone but he already spotted it all.

"You were not supposed to find out.It's supposed to be a surprise,"I pout as he chuckle making my laugh a well.

"Well,the amount of noise makes it clear that you didn't plan well,"he smile as I look at the entire mess infront of me.

"Yeah,"I breathe out depressed a bit.This hasn't turned out one bit the way I wanted,with him waking up already,a recipe for disaster,literally and a compltet flop. "It's pointless.I wanted to sutprise you but you can see how much my baking non-skill has helped me,"he chuckles picking up my phone as he hits the video.

"I can't believe baking has Isabella Meyers defeated,pouty and sweaty-"

"Hey,I'm not sweaty,"I tuen around smacking his chest as he chuckles kissing my fist.

"Don't worry babe,you're get private toutouring from me,"he winks smearing flour over my cheek as I stare at him in disbelief.He did not.The smirk on him face as he blows more flour onto my face ticks me off.

"Ryan,you are so dead,"I run after him with the flour.After our entire crazy food crap with flour in our both hair and everypart of our skin we go back to the counter to actually begin baking.We botg work together cooking which is something that happens very rarely with us bith having messed up timining and barely being together,bith busy with our carrers but the noght is our time.He instructs my while helping.We plan on making two chessecakes;a strawberry and chocolate.Josh and I both cut the strabeerries together and him not having his t-shirt on and cooking has me distracted a lot with me feeling each of his muscles flex on my skin and the tingles in sends through my body.Then his hands caressing my stomach doesn't help either but he stop after chuckling over how I react to him only because he doesn't want me to cut myself by chance.After we are done with thte batter,I lick it off his finger seductively as he groans making me chuckle kissing his nose as he pour the batter putting in into the fridge,mt eyes following his body as toned chest that only seems to keep getting better everytime.I walk out of the kitchen first buts end up shrieking as his lifts me onto his shoulders.

"Josh..let me down...JOSH..."I shriek with him shaking more making me grip him tighter as he chuckles at my fear.God,save me.My legs dangling down his shoulder and toned body as I grip around him neck.

"Babe calm down.I'm not doing to drop you,"his hands caress my legs calming me down a bit. "Untill It's on the couch,"he chuckles as I shriek with him dropping me off but I grip onto him togher.

"Don't you dare,"he chuckles laying me down as I turn him around pulling him towards me with a little too much force but I know he have good reflexes. Hhis arms holds his weight off me in a slighted push up way as he balances.Out bodies together as our eyes conncet with our lips barely having any distance. "Happy birthday love of my life,"I push my lips to his tasting the mix of strabeery and chocolate on his tongue as they delicately moves agisnt mine,my arms going around his neck to deepeend it as his one hand finds my wasit.I gasp letting his tongue slip in as he shifts on positions,speading himself over the couch with my body lying over his.Our legs in a tangles mess as the kiss grows more heated with our toungue salsing together with him dominating the kiss not that I'm complaining and the way his tongue caresses mine while my nails drags over his rigded abs.His arms around my hips elimainating any possible distance with my hands moving into his hairs.Our entire bdoy iginited my the fire we share.Josh moes him legs resulting in us both falling onto the ground.

"Shit,"he curses has he hold his weight on one hand and then I realize why I hadn't felt any impact on my head.It was because of his hand freaking my fall. "Got to carried away,I guess,"he rubs his neck as I burst into laughter.

"Yeah,let me know when you want to cintunue,"I smirk running my figner up his tigh seductively as he groans.Kissing his adam's adam he pulls me off the ground

At around noon Josh and I go to Queens,a family celebration to mark his big day.At our enterance blaster and conftete being thrown over Josh making me smile as the entire family wishes him happy 20th with hugs.Cutting of the cake chatter and laughter fills the room as the time passes for us to leave.

Reaching back to the apartment I fall on the couch exhausted after the entire meeting and socializing with his parent and think that I have to do something like that again in the night has me mentally exhausted. Chuckling over my headinous position lying on the couch Josh removes my shoes for me carrying me into the bedroom saying I'll mess mt posture more.

"How do you have so much enery to even think of talking to more people.Don't you get exhausted?"I ask Josh rolling to my side watching in on his laptop as he stoke his fingers through my hair abentmindeldely.

"Not really.That's always been my life, unlike you Miss Introvert," he tpas my nose chuckling as I smile follishly at the gesture. "Want me to sleep with you?",I nod was he shuts his laptop keeping it on the side table letting me cuddle into him.

Late I wake up spotting him on the dinning table as aroma of delciosness spread in the apartment. "Who coming?"I chuckle as he smiles.

"A guest.Put on your Sunday's best,"he holds my hand,kissing my forhead as I stare at him confused.

"Do you have anymore family I'm supposed to impress Joshua COleman?"I raing my eyes controlling my chuckle.

"Only one way to find out babe,"he smile telling me to head off.He's dressed in jeans and a t-shirt leaving me confused as in who else had we left to meet.Don't tell me it's his bosses coz honestly that's the worst that could happen. Looking that the closet I pick a jeans pants nad warm crop top,tying my hair back as I walk out asking Josh it it's find while he's busy texting on his phone.Sneaking a glance he says it's fine and somehow it makes me feel something is off.Firstly,he didn't actually look at me as if his phone was more important something he'd never go.Second,he shoed me off to dress uo,kissing my forehead of all things,my forehead and thirdly he was acting strange.Somethign close to eorry,anxiousness and I could really put a name on.

The door bell rings as Josh walks towards me, "If you ant some tome or feel uncomfortable let me know,okay? "he says leaving me confused.Befor I can question him anymore he's gone towards the door.Okay,yes him bosses are preety weird but I think I could take them.taking a deep breath I walk towars the entrance when I hear the voice making me leave my breath just as soon. "you own the place,"the voice is undeniable to not recongnize as my eyes make conct to this same reflection. Okay,I was horribly wrong when I said thing couldn't get any worse coz this,this way the definition of worst thing possible

"Dad?"my throat dry barely whispers the words in disbelief and shock.
