FAIRYTALE.

It was April already, time is indeed flying. The last few weeks were normal, without any terrible encounters. She had agreed on not to read the book anymore and had thrown it into the corner, but curiosity got better of her. She had completed half of the book already.

It was basically like a fairytale. Even though the language was not identified, it translated itself into English as her fingers caressed through it. The descendants were believed to be the descendants of the moon.

Long back when the world had kings and queens ruling them, seven of the highest royal kingdoms were endowed with each of the seven heavenly magic by a celestial force. Which was protected as a secret to the public. The kingdoms were given the power of the sun, the moon, the sky, the clouds, the stars, the rain, and the wind respectively.

Each of them had their unique powers and they were to protect the humans with it. But the foolish humans began to wield the magic for their own selfish uses. The celestial force got furious and took away the power of those. It was believed that the powers of the sun, rain, stars, wind, sky we're abolished. Which left the moon and clouds the only ones with power.

The cloud king was cunning. He utilized cloud magic for selfish goals, but he had devised a plan to hide it from the celestial force. He evolved to be vicious as the time passed, and the celestial forces were unsuspecting.

Gradually the cloud power which was pure white started to transform into black, as days passed they had become the offspring of the devil, the people under him were mercilessly punished. The people could not bear their ruthless king. They started to pray to gods, the celestial force came to know about this and was extremely angered. How dare he disobey the mighty lords of the heaven. He immediately went down to the cloud king's kingdom to revoke his powers and penalize him but the cloud king had become too powerful for him, he even laughed evilly at the celestial force. He was too strong now.

the celestial force was speechless how could he have let a monster like that grow. He ordered one of his attendants to go down in a human form and find what was his weakness. after a few weeks the attendant came back and notified him that his son was the most precious to him. Destroying a child for his father's fault wasn't ethical so he started to think about other ways, only an equal force could defeat him.which made him think about the moon queen.

The moon queen or 'Selene' as they called was extremely pretty. Moreover, even though she was of a noble descend, she had a pure and helpful heart. she never even hurt anything in her lifetime. She had a daughter the Selena princess, who was more beautiful and had a heart of gold. Bestowed with the moon powers, she could only come out at dusk. The celestial force went down to visit them and narrated the whole story to the Selene queen.

She pointed out that even though she had powered it won't be equal to the evil powers he had procured . The celestial force spoke of his weakness and pointed out that her daughter could marry him and eradicate the king. Queen Selene was stunned, her only precious daughter, had to be sacrificed to an evil person.

After days of thought, she complied with his request, for the greater good of the world,her daughter was consulted for her approval, she was so pure-hearted she immediately approved, in the belief she was doing a good thing for the world. They plotted a plan .

They notified world wide about the spouse selection for princess Selene. She was well known for her beauty and everyone wished to marry her. The cloud king who was thirsty for power yearned to acquire the moon power too and become extra powerful. He asked his son to marry her. He had no choice but to say yes.

The Selene queen had kept a 3 strategy tests, whoever passes it will get the princess. She wished the cloud prince won't pass the test. Nevertheless the cloud prince came first. They have married auspiciously in the sky altar. the prince took her to his kingdom. The selene queen watched her go with heart in pieces .would she comes back alive?

the cloud king treated her well because of his malicious intent. The prince was not bothered about her at first but after a few days, he ultimately fell in love with her beauty and character. He got more scared about what will his father do to her as the days passed. He was meant to acquire the moon powers from her and give it to the king. But he could not hurt the only thing he cherished in this world.

He was sure he could not defy his father. But the princess got pregnant with his child. They knew the king would destroy her and the child, so they kept it hidden .So the son decided to protect her even if it costs his life. They eloped out of the palace with the help of the celestial force and commenced to live like ordinary people, happily.

They gave birth to a healthy girl child and send her with the celestial force to the moon palace. The king had sent troops to find them. At last, they were captured. They were bought in front of the king. Selene Princess was tortured to give up her power the prince was powerless. After long as she was still not willing to give him those powers the king decided to kill her.

The king brought them both onto the altar he chanted some words , his hands started to emit black rays, at the same time the princess and the prince threw their powers, which was joined with the powers of the celestial force. the powers were too strong for the king that he was destroyed into smoke. At the same time, the prince and the princess perished as they used their whole inner power.

Their daughter had both the powers of the moon and the cloud. and the celestial force felt hurt for sacrificing the prince and the princess and let her have both the powers. her descendants were blessed with the same power. This the descendants of Selena were blessed with powers of both the moon and the cloud.
