DATURAS

They pursued the lady. Her movements were so quiet and elegant.

After countless twists and turns, they reached an intricately designed archway, which opened into steps that lead down. They strolled downwards. Ein was stunned,the steps ended into a stream flowing through the center of the building, the opposite side was lined by the same archways. The twinkling blue waters had numerous sailboats floating in it. One of them came closer to the bank they were standing at. The lady gracefully got in it, followed by Aze, he extended his hand for her to enter. She took it and got in it. An old man in a white robe stood at the tail leading the boat. she gazed around, the place was literally magical.

The roof had intricate designs of the moon, eye, and flowers, beautifully architectures vaulted ceilings supported by numerous carved pillars. White birds were drifting around. It had a celestial touch to it. The sound of water moving echoed through the hall with occasional chirps of the birds. they sailed past the archways which opened into a large portal, light was glowing from the room.

The sailboat passed through the portal into the room which was so brightly illuminated that made Ein squint her eyes. The boat halted, She opened her eyes. It was a long stream of water directing towards something like a crown room.

Both Aze and the lady trudged into the water, Ein hesitated to get in, Aze nodded at her supportively. She stepped in, she was stunned the water didn't even feel wet. They walked through the water till the throne room, rose out of the water. They were not even slightly wet.

The lady disappeared somewhere, Ein looked around. The head of the room had a huge throne which was floating in white clouds ,two smaller thrones on either side of it. There were huge white tapestries of the moon and the eye hung around the room. Aze moved closer to the throne and kneeled down. The room was entirely desolate who was Aze kneeling down to? except the midst throne the other four had a white datura flower on it. Aze indicated at her to do the same. she kneeled down beside him.

"Greetings to all the four mother daturas," he said. Should she repeat it? before she could open her mouth, in front of her eyes the flowers on the crown shifted into four beautiful women in white gowns. She stared in shock. Did these things happen in real life too? Aren't these fake scenarios created in movies?

"stand up my child. You have grown weaker than the last time I saw you" one of the ladies voiced.

"hehe, you are always fussing upon me prima datura" they seem really friendly thought Ein hearing the exchange. although they were talking to Aze she felt that their eyes were on her.

"and may I know who the lady is?" one of them asked

"she is my friend Ein, Terza datura" he
introduced her. They were still staring at her like she was some alien. What was it with these people staring at her like she has something protruding from her head?

"I believe she is one of us?" the Terza datura continued.

"yes of course" Aze replied

The other two were oddly silent like they were feasting their eyes on her. Ein felt that their eyes were filled. Was she that heart wrenching to look at?

"bring me the Selene la Sfera" the prima datura ordered.

Aze looked at Ein, he looked equally confused which meant he too had no idea what that was.

The lady from before bought four spheres that looked like the moon. Each had a characteristic color to its glow. Blue, red, white, and yellow.

"please do select one from it, Ein" the second datura spoke for the first time.

Ein looked at them confused.
"its nothing, my dear child, it's just moon spheres," the Terza datura said.

As if she knew what those were.She looked at the four spheres. Does each of them belong to the respective daturas?What if choosing one of them offended the other? What if it is some kind of trap? Finally, she decided to touch the four of them simultaneously so that none of them will be offended. She touched all of them together.

At the same moment, the four daturas stood up from their seats and moved towards her. Did she do something wrong? Will she be killed? They reached in front of her. Aze moved closer to her as if to protect her but to their surprise, four of them kneeled down at her foot. Ein scampered back in surprise.

"Finally you have found your abode, child" they said in unison.

What kind of rubbish were they talking about. she felt it rude for such elderly ladies to kneel down at her foot. She immediately pulled them up.

"I am sorry to all of you. I think there is a mistake" Ein mumbled silently.

"you will know sooner my child," the prima datura said.

The fourth datura came forwards and hugged her
"We have been waiting for you for more than one decade my child"

She held Ein at an arm's length and studied her,same like her mother she mumbled.

She smiled at them not knowing what to say.

"I am sorry prima, seconda, terza and quarto daturas, we have some urgent business at the library, we should probably leave now" Aze interrupted them to save Ein from their holds.

"Okay, you may proceed with your quest. If u need any sort of help don't hesitate to ask us" the terza datura asserted looking at Ein.

"thank you for your love, will always cherish it," Ein said , it was the only phrase she could come up with. They both turned and started moving towards the stream.

"wait" the quarto datura called them from behind.

They came forwards and extended a box to Ein.
She took it and opened it it enclosed a glorious crystal moon sphere necklace so rare and expensive.

"I am sorry I can't accept something this expensive please do take it back," Ein said.

"it belongs to you my child" prima datura said.

"me? No? The person you are going on about is definitely not me" Ein said.

"the daturas are never wrong young lady, please do accept it" the women who accompanied them said.

With no other way, she accepted the box.
"please allow us to put it on for you," the terza datura asked so innocently that Ein had no other choice but to accept it. They carefully fastened the chain onto her neck. they bid their farewells and made way towards the library.
