"Man, this town is boring."
"Why?"
"I haven't seen any bar yet!"

Hoshi is right. This town Daegu is so peaceful. People are polite, they stop whatever they're doing to greet each. Even though we're visitors, they smile at us when we meet their eyes.

I appreciated this harmony. This is a perfect place to start a new life.

"Yo, do you think they have some booze?" He pointed to the diner.
"I don't think so. If they do, it's too early for that." It's past lunch though.
"Ehh."
"Hey, I'm hungry. Let's eat there."

We ordered ramen and soda. We're kind of running low on budget now, so catching Nico sounds buffet and unlimited vodka.

"Here you go, enjoy your meal." The waitress served with a wide smile. It's genuine. I can't move on how warm this town is.
"She is cute." Hoshi said when she left.

I agreed and changed the topic by asking him a picture of Nico.

"Don't they have like a photo of him without the shades? What if we already met him but we didn't know since all we knew is his sunglasses face."
"Jeonghan, what do you expect from the second highest bounty."
"What I-"

"Oohh doctor!" I heard the waitress welcomed the customers who have just entered.
"I'm not your doctor yet hahaha." The guy answered.
"I'm just excited. Have a seat."

I glanced back and saw the backs of two men. The posture of the taller is unbelievably strong despite his age, assuming he's old because of his grey hair. The younger looks fit but doesn't seem much of a fighter.

"Tsk. Doctor."
"This town really know each other, no?" Hoshi said.
"Yeah. Good thing they don't know you or else they'll remember your face covered in sauce."
"Oh!" He wiped his face clean.

"As I was saying, Jun could have gotten a clearer picture. See, he even tracked him down here." Going back to the Nico topic.
"That's the mafia for you. I don't even know why I agreed to catch him with you. This is too risky."
"50M dollars Hoshi, 50 freaking million."
"Ehh sure. Sounds difficult for me."

"We can do this! Anyway, let's play. Loser will ask the waitress where can we find an inn."
"I'll be the loser, then. I'll ask her."
"Don't be so cocky, okay?"

He asked the waitress a place to stay and her number. As friendly as she is, she laughed it off and called Hoshi cute. She suggested an inn but didn't give him her number.

We pampered ourselves in this simple and affordable, the important part is affordable, inn. We are expecting Nico tonight so we better get ready.

"Jeonghan, call." Hoshi pointed at my vibrating phone.

"Jeonghannie!"
"Junnie! Where?"
"About that, abort your plan."
"Why?"
"He's too dangerous."
"As if I don't know that already."
"No. My scout said they arrived there in two SUVs. I don't think he's alone, and I don't think they have simple revolver guns."
"Just tell me where."
"..."
"Jun."
"Okay. He's heading towards an old farm near the boundary of the Daegu."
"Okay. Thanks! See you when we're done!"
"Stay alive. Bye!"

"Hoshi, let's go."

We rode our motorbikes and Hoshi asked an old man for a direction.

"Good evening! May I ask where's the old farm here?"
"Oh, the doctor? You're on the right path. Just go straight this road and you'll clearly see a large field. That's it."
"Okay. Thank you!"
"Have a good night!"

"Jeonghan, he told me to have a good night. How nice of him, right?"
"And he told you about the doctor." Tsk.
"Oh. Yeah. Don't mind that part."

We arrived at the farm and hid behind the big trees where we can observe.

"Are you kidding me?" Hoshi covered his mouth.
