Today was the day! The day that you will meet them, your soulmate.

Ever since you were little, you had this list on your hand. A list that showed exactly when and where you were going to meet your soulmate, along with one thing that they liked. And your list was simple: you were supposed to meet them in the nearby park on a summer evening. But the last part was so common it would be hard to guess! Your soulmate was supposed to like Snoop Dog! That could be anyone those days!

Even so, you considered yourself lucky! You were going to meet your soulmate so early on! There were other people that would have to wait almost their whole life. You were more than ecstatic when you turned seventeen. You were going to meet then this year.

And the months that you had until your meeting quickly passed by. The weeks and days faded away and now there were merely twenty minutes until you met them. You were sitting down in your bedroom, completely panicked.

You were going to meet the love of your life today. The one that you will spend the rets of your life with. It was so nerve-wrecking! What if they don't like you? Was that even possible? Could there be a mistake in your soulmate? No there couldn't be.

What if you didn't turn up at the park at the said time? That would surely ruin it. Would there be a second chance? Or you'd just lose your soulmate? There were just so many questions and so little time!

You groaned out in annoyance before flopping down on your bed once again. You had dreamt of this day, waited for it, but now you were starting to doubt yourself. What if no one turned up? Could it be possible for you to lied to by your list?

There were only ten minutes left now and you had to decide. Were you going to stay home or go after someone you barely know? Is it really true that you will love them? Even from first sight? You were all dressed up so it wouldn't hurt to give it a try, would it?

You decided it was worth the try. And even if there was no such thing as 'love from first sight', it would be a nice walk. Looking over yourself in the mirror, you made sure there was nothing wrong with your outfit. It was simple, yet cute. There were people that liked to dress up for their first meeting, getting all dolled up and everything. It was ridiculous! If they don't like you at your casual look, they don't deserve you at your best look! After giving yourself a thumbs up in the mirror, you walked out of the apartment.

But as you reached the bottom of the stairs you realized you were going to be late. Damn that procrastinating! It was an annoying habit you had to get rid of.

Forcing yourself out of your thoughts once again, you dashed off. Now you were going to be late late! Running with all your might, you barely payed attention to your surroundings. People were just slowing you down, obstacles in your way. There were a few close calls, you almost running into people, poles, or even shop doors. Yet, you always seemed to jump aside at the right time, having nothing to actually stop you.

Well...that was before you ran around a corner. Someone had decided to do just the same, seemingly just in the same rush as you. And both of you collided, running straight into each other. You fell back on your butt form the impact. The person from across from you fell back as well.
