Chapter 16 | Next Morning |

-Next morning-
*Iwahatsu's alarm goes off*

*Kangaeta mumbles in his sleep* "Five more minutes dad..."

*Iwahatsu slams his alarm off, he starts to stand. Which stirs Kangaeta awake.*

*Kangaeta opens his eyes and looks at Iwahatsu.*
"Morning handsome~"

*Iwahatsu jumps a bit*
"HOW DID... oh... right, morning sparky"

*Kangaeta chuckles* "Already forgot our amazing night hu?~"

*Iwahatsu sighs and nods*
"Sorry, but we need to get cleaned up"

*Kangaeta nods he sits up and as soon as he does a sharp pain shoots down to his back* "ow!"

"sore?"
*Iwahatsu smirks.*

*Kangaeta chuckles and gets up* "I'll be fine..its nothing really"

*Iwahatsu grunts a bit*
"Go at least shower"
*He says throwing a towel at him from the bathroom door.*

*Kangaeta nods and walks into the bathroom.*

*The bathroom is a bit larger than a standard bathroom (In Japan). Kangaeta smirks a bit and hops over to the toilet.*

"There are some rubbing salts in the cabinet, I normally use them when I am overly sore."
*Iwahatsu shouts*

*Kangaeta looks around for the cabinet, he finds it above the toilet. He opens it and grabs the bag, he sets it down by the bath. He gets the bath prepped and heads to the toilet again. The water pours into the large tub filling the room with a little bit of steam.*

-10 minutes later-

*Kangaeta comes out with a towel around his waist. He grabs his bag and grabs his clothes. Iwahatsu is standing at the mirror. He is trying to re-tie the tie. Kangaeta heads back into the bathroom.

*Iwahatsu finishes tying the tie, he walks over and kisses Kangaeta on the cheek as he exits the bathroom. Iwahatsu pulls back and he walks downstairs. Kangaeta stands there rubbing his cheek a bit, he sighs and follows Iwahatsu down. He sits at the table, with Kirishima.*
"Morning Kangaeta, I hope you slept fine."

*Kangaeta nods* "I did thank you for asking."

"No problem!"
*Kirishima says with a smile. He then looks back to their room, Kirishima with makes a worrisome sigh*

*Kangaeta looks at him* "Is everything alright sir?"

"Oh, Bakugo is not doing well. After we got home he had a high fever... I'm just really worried..."
*Kirishima sighs*

*Kangaeta gives a sad look* "Sorry to hear that..hope he gets better soon.."

*Kirishima nods with a worried look. Iwahatsu walks out with bowls of rice with egg and beef on top.*

*Kangaeta turns his attention to Iwahatsu*

*Iwahatsu places the bowls in front of him and Kirishima*
"This is a new recipe I wanted to try"
*Iwahatsu says sitting down next to Kangaeta.*
"It should be good"
*Iwahatsu then discreetly wraps his leg around Kangaeta's*

*Kangaeta smiles and takes a bite his eyes go wide* "This is better then what we ate last night!"

"I TOLD YOU!!"
*Iwahatsu say loudly*

*Kangaeta laughs and continues to stuff the food in his mouth*

*Kirishima takes a bite*
"It could be better, but not bad."

*Kangaeta turns with his face stuffed with food and sees an annoyed look on Iwahatsus face*

*Iwahatsu scoffs a bit*
"As I said it's a new recipe I was trying. I can see where it can be improved..."

*Kangaeta swallows* "I like it but I'm curious on what else you can do to improve it"

*Iwahatsu smirks*
"It's hard to explain, eh whatever. I'ma make you a bento."
*Iwahatsu says, he stands then goes into the kitchen. They can hear the stove working, then the stove roars.*

*Kangaeta smiles looking towards Iwahatsus direction* "You ok in there?"

"IM FINE YELLOW SHIT!"
*Iwahatsu yells*

*Kangaeta laughs*

-a few minutes later-

*There is a small bang and Iwahatsu Curses a bit*

"Everything fine?" *He calls*

"AS I SAID! YES!!"

*Kangaeta gets up heading into the kitchen* "doesnt sound like it~"

*Iwahatsu is standing over a wok that is cooking what looks like meat.*

*Kangaeta watches him*

*Iwahatsu is cooking up dumplings, ramen, and rice in another pan.*
"You'll like this"

*Kangaeta nods* "If it's made by you very much so~"

*Iwahatsu rolls his eyes*
"Whatever, just go sit. I'll bring out the bentos in second"

*Kangaeta nods touching his arm lightly heading back to the table*

*Kirishima had left the table, he can be seen walking into his bedroom. After about another 5 mins Iwahatsu comes out with the Bentos.*
"There, We can head off to school."

*Kangaeta grabs one of the bentos and his bookbag* "alright ready."

*Iwahatsu looks at the door to his parents room. Kirishima has shut the door, he walks up to Kangaeta and kisses him.*
"Let's go"

*Kangaeta returns the kiss and follows him*

*They grab their bags. Iwahatsu has him get on his back, He then starts building hopping to the school.*
