*Iwahatsu, Yasei, Kirishima and Bakugo walk into the front. Iwahatsu sits down in a chair by the desk.*
"Alright... let's talk about.... my... punishment.... unless you are disbanding it due to me not being able... to get in contact"

*Bakugo sighs* "Disbanding...you had a reasonable cause I was just scared I would have lost you..both of you.." *he looks at Yasei who's sitting in a corner looking out the window*

*Kirishima walks up and hugs Iwahatsu.*

*Bakugo joins the hug*

*Iwahatsu sighs.*
"We may... have to indorse... a new rule to it..."

*Bakugo nods* "I was just thinking the same thing..something like in emergencies such as unable to get a hold of me or Kirishima or possible death involved etcetera.."

*Iwahatsu nods.*

*Ms. Thompson walks up.*
"If we can speak of that now... I can get the files sent in probably by tonight."

*Bakugo nods* "Alright let get to it"

*She nods and sits down at a table in the lobby.*
"Let's sits here so we can fill in the work."

*Bakugo nods sitting down and pulls Kirishima into his lap* "We will allow Iwahatsu to use his quirk in emergencies, anything you want to add Iwahatsu?"

"It would probably... be best if we elaborate on what is an emergency"
*Kirishima adds*

"In the emergency as such cant get in contact with us within a 5 minute wait, death or severe injuries are involved, possible suicide involvement, villains attack him first with quirks or weapons, anything else?"

*Ms. Thompson starts filing the papers.*
"Quirk involvement?.."

*He nods*

*She keeps writing stuff down.*
"Let's be more specific about about the contact"

"Device jammers are present in the vicinity, no signal on the phone, phone is dead why the fuck not...phone broke?"

*She nods again.*

*She says as she pulls out more papers and starts working on them.*

*Bakugo grunts nuzzling Kirishima*

*Iwahatsu gets up and walks over to Yasei. Bakugo kisses Kirishima lightly.*
"I hope you are ok with what we just did to that guy..."
*Kirishima says with a sigh*

*Iwahatsu sits down after listening to their conversation.*

*Yasei walks over to him*

*Iwahatsu smirks*
"What's bothering you"

*Yasei rubs his arms* "Its nothing really.."

"You feel guilty about something?"
*Iwahatsu says with a sigh*

"I just the way Ground Zero yelled at us...at me..it reminded me so much of..my parents.." *He sighs*

"That's normal"
*Iwahatsu says with an eye roll.*

"You dont understand..my parents kicked me out they hated that fact that I was gay..so they found it fit to kick me out after yelling and arguing.."

*Iwahatsu squints*
"Where are you staying?"

"I made myself a shack on a abandon building"
