Chapter 28 | A Special Gift |

*Amajiki rubs his arms as they get inside and Iwahatsu Shuts the door. He takes off his shoes and slips on some slippers.* "T-They... like to enjoy each... other..."

*Iwahatsu nods to him.*
"So, Thompson does that work for your schedule?"

"Yes sir it will work perfect" *she answers*

"Alright, can you make it tomorrow?"
*Iwahatsu says walking into the kitchen*

"I'll book a train ride for first thing in the morning sir.."

"Alright, make sure to get a hotel room at the Kawaguchiko Hotel. We'll help you find a place to stay while we are doing the investigation"
*Iwahatsu says walking down the hall after taking off his boots.*

"Sounds good sir see you tomorrow.."

"See you tomorrow Thompson."
*Iwahatsu hangs up and walks to the den. He then sits down on the couch.*

*As Iwahatsu looks around the room of the den he can see almost every single photo hanging on the walls and on the couch side tables  are turned over*

*Iwahatsu sighs, he then picks up one of the photos on the table.*

*The photo shows Amajiki, Mirio and a baby Tsukatōshi all in a hospital room*

*Amajiki walks in* "H..he took that photo s..shortly a..after Tsukatōshi w..was born..h..he wanted..to..d..document e..every m..moment of her.."

*Iwahatsu smirks*
"Papa Kiri wanted to do that. But we couldn't afford to have the photos printed."
*Iwahatsu says with a sigh.*

*Amajiki walks over sitting down next to him* "I..I w..wish I could have helped y..you all then.."

"It's fine, we had each other that's what counted..."
*Iwahatsu smirks at some of the photos*
"Tsukatōshi is adorable in some of these photos"

*Amajiki nods* "M..Mirio l..loved to d..dress her up in c..cute l..little dresses on s..special o..occassions.."

"Heh"
*Iwahatsu flips all the photos*
"I can kind of understand why keeping them flipped... but what about Tsukatōshi? Do you want her to remember Mirio?"

*Amajiki rubs his arms* "I want her t..to but it just h..hurts m..me..just the t..thought o..of waking up e..every m..morning and hes n..not there..its pain for m..me.."

"Well, how about this."
*Iwahatsu takes one of the photos. It's a photo of Tsukatōshi, Mirio, and Amajiki. They are all in swim suits looks like they were at the very beach outside. He removes the photo from the frame. He then puts it inside of a standing frame of the same size. He puts the photo that was inside into the other frame. He then walks the photo to Tsukatōshi room. He knocks on the door.*
"Hey, it's Iwahatsu. You in there?"

*Tsukatōshi looks up from her coloring* "Yes!"

*Iwahatsu opens the door. He walks in with the frame.*

*Tsukatōshi looks at him* "What's that..?"

*Iwahatsu sets it down on her bedside table.*
"It's a photo of your fathers."

*She walks over to the photo* "Ah! Daddy and papa and me! I..I miss papa.."

*Iwahatsu pats her back.*
"I think it's important that you keep a photo of him in the room. Forgetting him is the worst thing that can happen."

*She nods* "I'll never forget papa..me and daddy still hope he comes home one day.."

*Iwahatsu gets up and walks out.*

*Amajiki is still on the couch fiddling with his fingers*

*Iwahatsu walks to the front door and looks out the window. He can see that Bakugo and Kirishima have finished their sand festival. He walks back over to Amajiki.*
"You want to go out somewhere?"
