"You will pay. You and your master shall pay!" Julius hissed. His raw, untamed power upgraded his body to the degree that would make an ordinary demon run away.

Julius's dominant will and might kept himself tame and full of the dark powers given to him by the Demon Wolf. His intentions were now to kill the one who brutally stabbed his wife and take the head of the one who betrayed him and took the throne for himself. And so, another duel between Julius against Bael began as Lucy lay dying on the bloodstained trail. Julius ran towards the mighty demon and held onto his greatsword to slice him and cut him down. He did not care how he should do it, but he was here to make Bael and Harald pay for nearly killing his wife.

Julius's sword and Bael's sword clash with each other, and they all come together like sparks getting ready to scatter. Their blades meet, yet their strengths and powers were equally matched as they started fighting each other. They both had greatswords, and both despised each other for what they have done against one another's people. Such strength had no simple reason to exist, but during these perilous times, this kind of power was needed to survive in the night. Julius never got the chance to tell Lucy that he still loves her and never forgave his daughter.

The demon hunter clashed openly and violently swung his massive blade against the night creature to make the beast taste his blood. A hunter against a conqueror was simply something that would make anyone flinch because of how vile and mythical it sounded. But Julius did not care what would happen to him and how many people were now going against him for what he did to save them. He would instead go down a path to greater darkness and a road paved in blood if it meant saving the ones he cared about. Julius would avenge the deaths of all of those who found themselves captured and dying alone in the night and silence anyone who prevents him from doing so.

Bael desperately tries to keep attacking the demon hunter and slicing him open, but Julius defends himself and has his dark powers overwhelm him. Julius would hunt down every demon and dominate any powerful creature to join him on his conquest of ruling the earth. But Bael is a demon who deserves death and deserves to rot in Hell for all eternity for what he did to Julius's wife. The demon hunter blocked and parried every single attack that was thrown at him, and his eyes were getting darker with every second. Eventually, his eye color is red, and his sclera is black as he continues fighting against the mighty demon.

Bael could now see Julius in his right might and power as his body was now showing cursed marks that would make anybody squeamish in terror. His ability with the sword was now ten times greater than his normal state, and the way he swung, it was faster than a shooting star. Julius's rage overwhelmed his body more than he could ever imagine himself going through such pain and trauma. That he would be so far gone into killing the night creatures and being the world's ruler drove more people into believing he had gone insane. The demon hunter and the demon conqueror continued swinging their greatswords against each other until their arms grew tired.

Fortunately, Julius's arms never grew tired and never lost balance as he fought against even the most formidable creatures. Then, with all of his strength and fiery anger, Julius uses his greatsword and hacks Bael's sword away from his hand. He then pushes his double-edged blade into Bael's chest and watches so much blood and gore splatter out of the demon's body. The demon hunter pulls back his sword and slices the mighty monster on his chest, and he watches the beast bask in his pool of blood. Julius holds his greatsword high in the sky to deliver the finishing blow onto his strong opponent and was prepared to show no mercy.

"I will watch you suffer, demon. I will be the one to send you back to Hell! I know it is Harald who sent you and your kind against me!" Julius shouted.

"He... chose me to wipe away all of his enemies. You betrayed him, demon hunter. You turned his wife against him. You wouldn't even let him see her again. If the knights could not kill you... then either I will or he will," Bael said. But before he could pick himself up to attack Julius again, the demon hunter pushes his greatsword back into the creature's chest.

Blood falls from Bael's body, and Julius moves much closer to the dark creature.

Then the demon hunter spoke to him, saying, "Chosen? Harald chose you because you're a fool. He chose you to make me suffer and watch me fall deeper into the dark embrace. Your entire life is a failure. Nobody will remember you. I will make you taste the suffering you have inflicted upon my people and me."

"My god... will avenge me. My armies... will tear you limb from limb. Killing me won't replenish what you have lost," Bael said.

"I will dominate your armies. They will all be mine now. And I'm coming for your god next, right after I kill your traitorous king!"

Then Julius pulls his greatsword out from Bael's chest and chops off the creature's head. At this moment, he believed the head of the mighty demon was the weak spot, and no other part of the body would quickly kill him. Julius's greatsword goes only through a quarter of the creature's neck; any other blade would have cracked open because of how severe the more powerful demons' flesh is. The nordic blade made Bael tremble and roar in so much despair that it felt as if he saw his entire life before his eyes. Then Julius lifts the sword again and slices the creature's neck, and he makes the blade go much deeper into the demon's bloodied body.

This time, twice as much blood and gore began splattering out of Bael's body, but the demon hunter ensured the beast's blood did not go onto Lucy's body. It was when Bael was weakened, and there was nothing he could do to save himself from Julius. It was getting far too difficult for the massive demon to get himself up and fight back against the creature. Julius lifts his blade one last time to deliver the fatal finishing blow to end the life of the one who tormented him and stabbed his wife. His eyes were still red and black after dueling with Bael and finishing it all in such a brutal fashion.

With all the rage and strength he could conjure up, Julius swings down his greatsword and decapitates the powerful demon, and he watches it roll onto the road. The duel between Julius against Bael ended with decapitation, and the full moon is still visible in the night sky.

"Burn in Hell," Julius hissed. He then puts his greatsword back into his scabbard and quickly rushes to his wife before something even worse happens.

Julius could see the large stab wound that Bael gave her and began being distressed at the fact he could not save her. He could not keep his wife from the horror given upon him and was betrayed at every turn. Julius places his hand on Lucy's chest and could not feel her heart beating; he could no longer hear her voice call to him. He kneels and puts his head on her chest to listen to her heartbeat, but nothing is coming out. Lucy's eyes were open, yet her vision was gone, and her mind could no longer tell if her husband was kneeling beside her or not.

Julius slowly lifts his head, knowing that Lucy's heart has stopped beating and that her soul has left her body. At that moment, Lucy died from Bael's sword, and her head rested on her husband's arm. He closed her eyes and began having so many tears fall from his face as he became all alone by himself. He no longer had anyone to show love to him, anyone to comfort him, and anyone to tell him they love him. Julius held onto Lucy's lifeless body and squeezed it to let her know that he has always loved her.

"Lucy... I'm sorry. I'm so sorry," Julius whimpered. His voice was far too frail to even say anything because of how depressed he had become.

The demon hunter is now alone without his wife and daughter; he would never forget the one who truly cared about him, even on the brink of death.
