OLD LUSTS

I sat up straight and quickly removed myself from his lab as I saw the door opening. He held me tight, not wanting to let go. Al: "Um. Dani?" A girl voice sounded. Daniel's eyes opened widely and he stood up quick, letting go of my hands. A girl with long dark brown hair entered, beautiful skin and almond colored eyes. I wanted to say hi, but as soon as she saw me she looked me up and done, as if I was wearing the ugliest outfit ever. She sighed and turned to Daniel, obviously ignoring my presence. Al (Alex): "I figured you'd be here..." D: "Hey Alex. When did you get here?" mmm..Alex? Alexis? Al: "not long ago. I was searching for you. Come let's have something yummy to drink as a celebration. You still got that gin I got you? Love a gin and tonic right now!" D: "Sure. Come Ash." He walked out quickly and I rushed after him. Barely keeping up with the two. Back in the living room, Nezza pulled me aside. N: "She invited herself sorry. She probably doesn't like you already." A: "What have I done to her?" N: "Let her be, she'll just be old sweet Alex." I nodded in confusion and looked to the kitchen, where Daniel was pouring her some gin and tonic. I didn't know what to feel, but I know jealously was never a good look. And for what I know, I've got nothing to be jealous of, right? 

It was late at night and the only people left were, the Seavey's, Corbyn, Jonah and Alex. Tyler was already asleep, Christian was yelling some kind of theater monologue as Corbyn and Jonah watched and giggled. I sat next to Alex, awkwardly. Daniel on her other side. She kept talking about the exact parties where I wasn't at. I didn't know how I could be a part of the conversation, except for ocussionally asking a question, which she then always answered quickly and changed the topic immediately just when I was beginning to understand what they where talking about. I sighed as I leaned back into the couch, slightly tired. A: "Can I sleep here tonight?" I ask Daniel. I was so tired, that driving home, wasn't smart. Al: "Where? on the couch?" She giggled and turned back to Daniel. What in the hell was wrong with this girl? D: "Ofcourse you can baby." Al: "Baby? Oh so, you guys are like a thing or something?" D: "Yes we are." He said confidently, but I saw that he was umconfortable with the situation. If I should believe Nezza, she wasn't even really invited, but Daniel and Alexis still talk when at parties, why? I asked Nezza, because it seemed like nobody liked her, but yet everyone did. Nezza explained to me, that she's been a good friend of some of the boys, apparently really adventurous and fun. But that didn't answer my question to why she was not invited. Nezza chuckled and said that it was a long story, something I should ask to Daniel. Al: "I guess, that's it for us then huh?" she asked Daniel bluntly. D: "Alex, you know we never were going to be something. I like you as a friend." 

Al: "Don't act like I'm drooling over having a relationship with you. I was quite aware of that. I know you will still miss the feeling of me." D: "Omg, Alexis. Let's not do this right now okay?" Al: "Why not? shouldn't your um girlfriend know? maybe I can teach her." D: "Stop Alex. Stop it okay. You always take it to far." I looked in confusion to them both. A: "What the fuck should I know?" I ask, confused. Al: "Tell her Daniel. Tell her about how to please you. Or should I?" D: "Wtf Alex, cut this shit off. Give that gin and tonic to me. You're being ridiculous and you're drunk." Al: "So what if I am? A little sex lesson is never un asked for right?" D: "IT IS! Its so unasked for." She turned to me and grabbed my hands tightly. Al: "alright, ignore him. I'll give you some tips to handle him in bed." I didn't know whether to be angry, weirded out, sad, scared, loudly laughing? This was so weird. Al: "Obviously Daniel and I have done it many times. Sex that is. I basically know every inch of his body." I wanted to run away, I wanted to drown in my own awkwardness, my own innocence. Al: " I know he's acting all lovely and flirty with you. But you don't know what kinda men he becomes in the bedroom." A: "I-" Al: "I tamed the beast inside of him, not sure if you will. I'm sensing that you're unexperienced. That's no fun for Dani. Oh well, I'll teach you." Although I wasn't going to preach -like I was proud- of having experience ( I mean that shouldn't matter); I didn't like that she thought I was some kind of innocent girl. This bitch thinks that I'm shy and all. A: "I don't need you to teach me how to fuck, I know damn well how to. I don't need you to tell me how the fuck he's in bed, alright?" I stand up and aggressively throwing her hands off mine. D: "ASH, wait!" Al: "Don't think you're not going to be shoved off to the side Ash. She's a waste of your time... honestly Daniel. All dramatic and shit!" Daniel suddenly stood up and smashed her gin and tonic of the table. Anger radiating of him. I have never seen him angry, he's such a sweet soul. D: "If you don't get the fuck out of my house right now Alex! Don't ever disrespect her like that. It was all a fucking mistake. I should've never started anything with you, if I knew you would act this fucking ridiculous towards everyone. You bring out the worst in me, you know that? I keep you befriended, cause I like you that way. But hey...I'm done with this shit, truly!" Al: "I-. I'm sorry. I was just joking around Daniel, come on you know that! I'm drunk...sorry." She said, clearly not expecting his outburst. I sighed and walked away. I was done with her. Jonah held my arm as I walked past. Jo: "What's going on?" I totally forgot christian, Jonah and Corbyn were there. A: "I don't fucking know. I never even knew of her existence before tonight." I brushed his hand off and stomped to the end of the hallway, bursting in the one room I hadn't opened yet...Daniel's room.
