It was 5 days since she sent us all that message, 5 days since I fell down a hole, 5 days pretending I knew what to do, hoping she would explain herself, staying up till sunrise, trying to make it make sence. What have I done? I can't keep lying to myself, thinking that I could follow up her question to leave her. What was she thinking? After worrying for weeks, not able to see her? Calling her for hours on end. She disappeared? she flees? I thought she was okay, or is she? Her message sounded like she was released from the hospital. Wasn't she happy with me? Wasn't she happy with her friends? Nobody knew how to feel.

When your life suddenly becomes unimportant, by removing yourself from other storylines; it feels like you're in an alternative universe. It feels unreal, and quite frankly....fucking rudiculous. It-felt wrong. I made a huge mistake. But I can't go back and explain. I could in theory...but did I really want them to know? I've already done the damage. Its better like this. I don't want them to know, I can't have them knowing. But I knew eventually they would know and that's where I messed up with my lie. I have a career, I have a mom, they'll all know sooner or later. How could I be this stupid? People on my socials would think I flew the fucking country.
The doctor was confused that I had no visits anymore...and asked if he needed to call people for me. I begged him to leave it to me.
I waited and waited for the moment that it had reached my heart, the moment they would numb my mind with sleeping medicine. The moment I could leave this earth, this body, this world, this story. Let it be over, let me be gone, let this pain stop, please. It doesn't make sense, how in 3 weeks my life flipped up and down. I was happy, I truly was. This disease...it ruined me...inside. It had me in it's power.
