Bright blue eyes glanced out of the window their owner currently sat on. She heard three thuds followed by footsteps. From her spot in the shadows, she watched Kabuto walk in.

He let out a sigh, walking to the bed Sasuke resided in. "There's such a thing as being too outstanding."

"Jeez, cocky much.." she spoke, revealing herself from the shadows. "Are you actually going to kill him?"

"Are you going to try and stop me?" She looked off to the side, not knowing the answer herself. "It doesn't matter now. We all stood out too much. We were all unfortunate to catch the eye of Lord Orochimaru." He didn't want to involve her in his life, even though he only knew she existed from their brief meeting. 'To think that even at this young age, he has a demon living in his heart. And for it to be used against him..' He pulled out a scalpel and held it to the only thing keeping the Uchiha alive.

"Are you going just to let him kill Sasuke?! You're other brother?!" A loud female voice rang in her head. "Wait a minute... I sense Kakashi." True to her words, Uta could sense him. She looked behind her boyfriend and saw the Hatake. Her eyes widened before she Growled "Just what I'd expect of you, Kakashi. To stop my attack from your blind spot."

"You're no ordinary Genin, are you? Noticing my presence and immediately attacking with your weapon. You're quite the guy."

"No. Not really." He glanced at Uta, silently telling her to stay put. She nodded and took a step back, staying hidden in the shadows.

"What did you want with Sasuke? Depending on what you want and intend, I'll have to capture you and have you interrogated."

"Can that be done?" He asked before turning around. "By the likes of someone like you?"

"You want to try me? Who the hell are you?" He asked. 'To easily kill all the ANBU members that I prepared....' he sniffed the air and noticed a familiar scent; Akiko. His eye followed the scent and he spotted her in the shadows behind Sasuke. "Weren't you the son of a leaf Ninja doctor? Wasn't your name Kabuto Yakushi?"

"Next time, you better prepare at least 10 Anbu."

"Just shut up and answer the questions." He was slowly beginning to lose his patience. Kakashi was a pretty patient man, but he had to deal with Naruto, and that required a lot of patience.

"What if I say 'no'?" He asked cockily.

'God! Your cocky attitude is gonna get you killed!!' Uta thought, groaning silently at his attitude.

"I'm the one doing the questioning. So just answer the question. Are you connected to Orochimaru?"

"If you capture me here, you might not be able to prove my connections with Orochimaru. I won't talk no matter what sort of torture or illusions you try on me. And I don't really like to fight. If you let me swim away, it's something you'll eventually find out. So won't you let me go this time?"

"You're a very spoiled brat, aren't you?"

"He sure acts like it..." Uta whispered to herself.

"What if we take Akiko away then? I know she's on the other side of Sasuke's bed." Both of their eyes widened. "I've known since the beginning. So, are you going to answer the questions willingly or am I going to get them from her?"

"She has nothing to do with this!" Kabuto shouted, pulling out a curved kunai. "Just let her go..!"

"She belongs to this village. She doesn't have to be hurt because of you. So don't mess with me."

"She doesn't belong to you anymore. And she never did. So I guess you're not going to just let us go then."

"You know the laws of the village, don't you? What happens to spies."
