Louis POV

:-:-:-:

"That smells delicious," I felt a head force its way under my arm and suddenly my arm was hanging over Jo's shoulder. I leaned down and kissed her temple.

"Well I'd hope so, since I had to get up at 6 to start making this. I don't know how you do it everyday."

"Waking up to see my family everyday is the most amazing feeling, it's the only motivation I need," she spoke into my side, "And my mug full of tea."

I chuckled, "Right. Just make sure the kids are all ready please, while I set the table."

She nodded and pulled from my grip, "Alright." Then disappeared out of the kitchen. Seconds later she came back with my vibrating phone in hand.

I took it and she left again while I answered Niall's call, "Holy crap we gotta talk mate!"

"Really. Didn't seem like you wanted to talk yesterday," I swept up a pancake from the griddle and set it onto Angel's plate.

"Look, sorry but me and Hannah were.. playing monopoly and didn't want to be interrupted."

"Must've been a competitive game. You sounded pretty out of breath."

"We play till we can't play anymore, if you know what I mean." I pulled the phone from my ear and gagged.

I could hear his smile when he spoke again, "Anyway, I was calling to talk about the call."

"The call? Wanna be more-"

"THE CALL. From that show host."

"I didn't get a call, so I don't know what you're talking about."

"Yes, you did. We all got the call, she even left a voicemail. And email. Do you not check your voicemail?"

"Not lately. Look, can you hurry to the point? You're making me burn pancakes," I set the phone to speaker, placed it on the counter, and began fishing through a drawer for forks.

"She wants us to come on our show and talk about the biggest boyband in the world's life eight years later, I quote. Like discuss what we've been up to, what our lives are like now, and if we're maybe considering a reunion tour," he says.

I laugh, "Well that's a big fat no."

After setting forks on each plate, I poured their syrup, lingering a little over Jo's plate. Her sweet tooth is nothing less than insatiable when she's pregnant.

"No for what? The tour or the interview?"

"Hell, both!" I laughed once and I got out three cups and one glass from the cupboards. She had this weird thing about drinking out of glasses when she was pregnant. I poured orange juice into all four and then put it back into the fridge.

"Come on, Louis! Don't be so quick to turn it down. At least think about it."

"No."

"You're the only one who's against the idea!"

"Then go on without me. I wouldn't care."

"You know it's not the same if we did that. Don't be stupid."

"Sorry, but I'm not doing it. There's no discussion because I'm not changing my mind. Now I need to.."

"At least tell me why," he quickly inserted.

"Because, it's stupid. We're slowly getting out of the limelight here, paparazzis are just starting to leave my family alone, and things are finally starting to turn up for us Niall. Go on an interview and it's all over. Do a tour and-well, that's an absolutely not so there's no point even hitting that topic."
