Canada woke up with a splitting headache. He looked around his room.

"Pablo?" Canada asked, getting up and looking for the frog in his terrarium. Pablo wasn't there. Canada shrugged and made his way downstairs.

"Hey, have you guys seen-." Canada looked around and realized nobody was there. He tried to turn on the lights, but for some reason the power was out. Canada checked all of the rooms. He even looked in the basement and the attic, but he couldn't find anyone.

"Where is everyone?" Canada asked himself as he exited the attic. He noticed a bunch of scratches and marks on the ground near the attic entrance, but decided that it wasn't important. Canada called America, but there was no answer. Then Greenland, which he also got no answer. He then called Mexico, who left his phone at home. Canada sighed and was about to check outside. He looked out the window, and he saw that the sky was red and full of ash. He realized that the houses directly in front of Greenland's were burnt down.

"That's not good...," Canada said to himself. He was about to go out and check what was happening, when suddenly he saw a large man through the window. But despite his humanoid figure, Canada couldn't help but notice that the mans eyes were glowing bright red.

"Y'know what? I think I'll stay inside," Canada said to himself, closing the curtain. Canada sat on the couch and accepted the fact that everyone was probably dead. Or missing. Or dead and missing. Canada went up to his room and got his stuffed bear, Snoop.

"I can't believe it snoop... they.... they.... actually I have no proof that they are dead.... but they still left me.....," Canada said. Snoop stared silently into space.

"You're right snoop... they were bound to leave me one day...," Canada said. Snoop stared off into the abyss.

"Well, at least I still have you snoop," Canada said.

Meanwhile, America was having an emotional breakdown while Mexico and Greenland were doing their best to calm him down.

But this chapter isn't about them.

"Snoop, do you ever think about your purpose on earth?" Canada asked Snoop, lying in an empty bathtub fully clothed with a flask of maple syrup in his left hand and pocky stick that he was holding like a cigar in the other. Snoop gazed into the void without saying a word.

"Yeah... me neither...," Canada said, before taking a swig out of the flask.

"Do you ever just sit and think about everything that's wrong with the world?" Canada asked. Snoop maintained his eternal silent glare into the darkness.

"Yeah..... sometimes I get mad at things.... but sometimes I sit back and think, "hey, is it really this thing that I hate? Or am I using this thing as a temporary distraction so I stop focusing on the thing that I really hate," Canada said. Snoop was silent.
