Many weeks passed since you started at U.A. You learned many things, mainly what you were best at hero-work-wise. Because of your how your quirk worked, you were best for recon and infiltration, making you good at spying and intel gathering. However, it wasn't a very strong quirk, and you could easily get hurt. There was a soft-spoken kid in your class that could easily win a fight against you. His name was Koji Koda. He was really nice, he just looked a bit weird. If you were in cat form, even partially, you were under his control because of his quirk, anivoice, that let him control animals. He could beat you without doing anything. Your only option in a battle against him was to fight completely human as if you were quirkless. Best to stay on his good side, which was not hard at all.
Also, your class already had way too many run-ins with villains for being first years. It was kind of unsettling, but, hey, at least you got experience. It was still odd, almost like the villains were targeting class 1-A.
You also grew pretty attached to your teacher. He liked cats a lot, so that worked out pretty well for you, even if you heard some snickers about it. You also made friends with Denki, and someone else from another class at U.A., even if you couldn't quite memorize their name yet.
One day, you were racing through the hallway in class in cat form, almost late. You were not looking where you were going, and you head-butted into something full speed. Ow. You were knocked back a few feet. At least the thing you hit was soft. You looked at what you ran into. It was a boy with lavender hair. "Sorry," you muttered, wobbling to your paws and haphazardly treading away in a zig-zag manner. The boy stared at you like he had seen a ghost. Or a talking cat. No matter, you were late to class. The bell rang, and you dashed off.
