Chapter 2.5-
ChangeBakugo and Midoriya hadn't talked about what had happened, so when Bakugo got a text from the green haired boy about how he was on his way over, he was nervous. He was even more nervous when Deku kept the chat with Bakugo's mother short, used to it being longer than necessary. The two now sat in Bakugo's room, Bakugo on his bed, Deku sat on the floor.
"We need to talk about this." Deku sighs, he had been worried about his friend ever since the incident happened.
"What's there to talk about?" Bakugo shrugs, voice gruff, shielded.
"Don't play dumb" Deku snaps, all the boy wanted was for his friend to confide in him more.
"What is there to explain? My life has been bad ever since she left."
"So you're blaming (y/n)?"
"Of course not!" Bakugo yells, he didn't mean to make it seem like he was blaming her, "This is my own fault, guilt got to me and I wanted to fix things before I went."
"You never fixed things with her."
"I couldn't face her." The words surprised Deku, he had known his friend to be able to do anything, he idolized the boy even after he did all those horrible things. "Ive fixed things now though..." The boy says weakly, small smile settling itself onto his face.
"I still haven't gotten to see her." Deku says, playfully pouting in attempt to lighten the mood.
"She's been asking about you" Bakugo murmurs loud enough for Deku to hear. The talk about his suicide attempt was over as quickly as it started, both boys obviously not the type to go in depth with emotions to each other.
"Even Kirishima has talked to her more than me!" Deku sighs.
"We had been planning to go to the amusement park with him and Jirou." He sighs falling back onto his bed, "She wont mind another joining" the green haired boy lights up at the words.Bakugo was known for hating a lot of things, but he was known for hating: Crowds and noises that made his hearing aids act up, so why did he agree to go to the amusement park? Probably because you were the one who had suggested the activity from hell.
When you'd arrived to see Bakugo next to your green haired friend, you squealed, rushing up to hug Midoriya. The thought of the green haired boy only brought you joy, him being your only friend in that month of hell. Deku greeted you, asking how you were with slow, unsure signs, mouthing his word as he signed.
'Great!' You sign, Bakugo translating, having picked up that Midoriya wasn't as fluent as you and him. You turn to the blonde boy and offer a sweet smile, 'So you two are friends now?' You question, you'd always seen the two bickering in middle school so it was a bit weird to see the two together, and without fighting at that.
'I made amends, I guess' The blonde signs with a playful roll of his eyes.
'That's wonderful!' You sign with a soft squeal, quickly pulling Bakugo into a tight hug.
The blonde didn't know how to react to the sudden contact, he was only used to the playful hits from his mother. He sat stunned, the others did too, silently praying that Bakugo wouldn't blow you up on the spot. Kirishima only gasped excitedly when Bakugo lightly hugged you back. Once the three noticed the slight pink on the blondes cheeks, the group filled with exaggerated wolf whistles, earning a glare from Bakugo, you of course were oblivious to what had just happened.
"He's whipped"
"I'll kill you!"
