Chapter 5.5-
Love

"Miss (L/n)! Miss (L/n)!" Kaya, one of your students calls as she bounds up to you, she stops at your feet, excitedly grabbing your hand, "Ground Zero is outside! I saw him out the window!" She says excitedly catching the attention of the few kids, the completely deaf kids being notified by their peers about who the young girl saw.
"Is he?" You say sweetly, signing as you speak so everyone who's watching the conversation can understand. She nods excitedly bringing you to the door, opening it to reveal your blonde boyfriend reaching for the handle.
"Ground Zero!" A few of the kids cheer rushing up to him, others wordlessly hugging around his legs.
"Ground Zero!" You cheer teasingly, him only smirking in response.
"Why are you here today ground zero?" Kaya questions, signing as she speaks. You've started getting the children into the habit of signing when they speak, it'd help the kids all be involved and prove to be helpful in their future.
"I'm here to ask your teacher to help me with a special mission!" He says, changing his voice to be more child friendly, and signing as he speaks they all gasp, rushing over to you.
'Are you a hero Miss (L/n)?' Kai signs excitedly. Bakugo makes his way over so he's next to you.
"She's saved me so many times, she's the best hero out there!" He says, every kids eyes widening as they look between us.
"Miss (L/n) Saved a hero?!" They all begin shouting, Bakugo only nodding as he takes off his suits bracers. He's began to take them off at the door, since the bracers could be dangerous.
'That's so cool!' Kai signs excitedly, all the others agreeing.

Bakugo hung around, helping out the rest of the day, his sidekicks taking patrol over for him being his excuse. Soon all the kids were picked up, every single one excitedly telling their parents about what had happened that day.
"Did I really save you?" You question as the both of you begin cleaning the space.
"More times than I can count"
