Chapter 1.2
Teasing

The weeks that passed pained a few, Bakugo and his friends would tease the girl behind her back, the girls who followed the rowdy group starting too. Bakugo was the only one to go too far. On many occasions.
It started when a week after she came, people already talked behind her back, some talked about her in front of her, speaking too fast for her to read their lips. That was until one day Bakugo let off a small but loud explosion off next to her. The girl let out a shriek at the sudden heat and the loud but muffled sound, falling into Fingers who sat next to her. That was the first time his friend gave him a look of disapproval.
The next time was a few days later. A girl left the school, with no mention or hints that she would be. The day before she had a small conversation with the deaf girl.
Bakugo and his group of 'extras' as he so lovingly called them sat in the empty classroom after school, laughing and joking about the girl. The joked about how she couldn't even hear about the things they said about her. What happened a few days ago wasn't brought up.
"It's so weird how Airi disappeared after having a conversation with (y/n)" the girl Bakugo has deemed as annoying bitch (of course he'd never say it infront of his teachers) laughed. Bakugo let's out a snort as he picks up the chalk going to write, the chalk almost crumbling under his grip.
Everyone jumped when the door slammed open to reveal the (h/c) girl, looking into the room as if she'd left something. Everyone flinched when she looked at what was on the chalkboard. It pained everyone when in neat and small lettering she wrote a sweet 'thank you' under Bakugo's mean words. The mean words congratulating her and blaming her for the sudden disappearance of their classmate.
The next time Bakugo himself can remember was when nobody was around, he'd pushed the girl to the ground after she'd asked to be friends with the blonde boy. Her innocent eyes looking at the blonde boy let him know he went too far.
The last straw was during class when he'd ripped the girls hearing aids from her ears from behind, snickering until he heard her soft sobs, until his friend became concerned, until he saw the blood that came from the wound he'd created.
The girl was helpless against the blonde boy and his goons and he'd finally realized that.

A month after she joined the class the principal stood at the front of the room. Eight pairs. Eight pairs of hearing aids had been lost, destroyed, or stolen from the girl. As soon as those words came from the principals mouth the class glanced at the ash blonde boy. Over the month he had thrown them out windows, stomped on them, taken them and hid them where she wouldn't have been able to find them. He knew what had happened to every pair.
"They're expensive" the principal states. That's something he didn't know, his eyes widening at the statement. Suddenly he felt a bit bad, if anything he felt shitty, "can the people responsible please stand" the principal pleads. He wanted to, he needed to but he wouldn't let himself. He wasn't going to admit that he, Bakugo Katsuki, was a bully. The teacher slapping his hand on the chalkboard caused all his classmates to jump.
"We all know it's you Bakugo. Stand. Up" his teacher demands, glaring at the blonde boy. The class had never heard their teacher be this angry, he was a calm man so to see him like this. Bakugo almost started trembling in fear.
Slowly he stood, slowly the feeling of regret flooded his emotions, but he wasn't alone in bullying the girl.
"It wasn't just me..." he grumbles weakly, his voice coming out pained before he points to Fingers, "he bullied her too! Her too!" He says pointing to the annoying bitch. What hurt more was when his friend only glared.
"I would never bully someone, you know that" Fingers spits. Bakugo wasn't saying the boy actively bullied her, but he went along with it, he went along with the conversations, he laughed at the pranks.
It hurt.

Bakugo received the most blame.
