Chapter 4.1-
Tears

Mitsuki Bakugo wasn't expecting to hear that her son was in the hospital, she wasn't expecting them to say it was attempted suicide. She didn't expect him to be in a coma. She wasn't expecting to see your mother and Jirou there, to have them drop the the ground and have them apologize profusely. Mitsuki didn't even know how she knew about her son.
"(L/n)?"
"I'm so sorry" Your mother sobbed.
"No no, I'm sorry if my son-"
"He saved my daughters life!" Mitsuki sat stunned, "She tried to jump off our balcony, he saved her" Your mother raises her head, tears streaming down her face, "We didn't know she'd try again" Your mother sobs. Bakugo didn't know you'd tried to kill yourself at the end of middle school.
"I thought my son had tried again." Mitsuki starts to sob. You still didn't know Bakugo had tried to kill himself shortly before seeing you again.

Everyone had gone to see the blonde, except for you. 'It's my fault that he's like this' you'd been sobbing for days. Jirou made sure you knew that he was still alive, told you he wouldn't be mad.
You couldn't face him. Unknown to you, you had suddenly felt how he had been feeling for years, the guilt, the regret, the pain.
How long would he be asleep? Days? Weeks? Months?
As soon as he grabbed onto you, you regretted even thinking of jumping.
Suddenly you realized you weren't just confusing platonic and romantic love, and you realized when you ruined everything.
You notice Jirou in your doorway, and your quick to get to the floor. She's been telling you that its fine, you don't think its fine.
You wanted him back.
You wanted the blonde back, yet the idea of facing him physically pained you. Quietly you made your way out the apartment and down to a place that was now dear to your heart, the community center bridge, the place you spend so many weeks with the blonde.
For the first time in a while, you felt truly alone.
