Best Day

Then you saw on the Big screen, their name shot up. They won an award! For The most popular band! Wow! That's amazing!. I stood up and applauded for them. Everyone else also stood up! And then JK gave a speech, thanking The Army and everyone who supported them. After him, V, Suga, J Hope, everyone gave their thanking speech. At last RM came to give the speech. He looked at me. At first, I thought maybe he was just looking at someone else, but then he said this, ' Armyyyy.. ' There was a loud cheer. I smiled. ' We are sooo grateful to have such supporting fans like you.. You guys are.. Just.. Soo.. Unbelievable! You see, there is no greater pleasure than to know that someone is having a great life, or in a good position in life because of you. Because of your music. Because of you voice. I'm so happy today, that I'll always be grateful to have fans like you guys. ' He was in the verge of breaking into tears. I could see the clear confusion in the face of other members. But everyone else in the auditorium understood what he meant. They all seemed so... Happy! I was crying now. There's no stopping it. I was thankful that I was wearing waterproof makeup. They consoled him, and they came back. On the way back, RM came to me, and hugged me. I hugged him back, even though I wasn't expecting it! I felt like I was hugging my big brother.
JK's face was soo funny. And so was other members's face. After the hug, they went back to their respective seats. RM was telling them something.. Maybe he was telling them not to worry about him. After the whole Award ceremony, obviously there was an after party. But I didn't want to stay. And also because they served champagne, and I didn't drink. But if I won't take the drink, they would not like that. So, I decided to leave. As I was about to leave, I felt someone grabbing my hand. I turned around, and I saw it was JK. I smiled at him, but he hugged me. I was shook. I looked at RM, and he nodded at me. I thought again, maybe he wasn't telling them not to worry, he was translating what I said in my speech. Man! This was way too sweet for me!
Then one by one each one of them hugged me. Man! I was soo happy. And, Suga was the last to hug me. He was... tearing up! What! It was really rare to find him tearing up. When we pulled off from the hug, I saw his teary eyes. I felt so bad for him. I wiped away his tears with my thumbs. I told him not to cry. He smiled. 'How cute', I thought to myself.
' Aren't you gonna stay? ' RM asked me. 'Umm.. No. I'm really tired. I had a lot of work today you know. ' 'Ahh.. I see. You have a Law firm too right? ' he asked me. 'Yes, I had lots of work there today. Pretty much worked up to have an After Party'. I smiled. He smiled back. 'Hey, can I have your number? ' He asked. 'Ya sure'. We exchanged numbers. As I was about to turn around, something came up to my mind. ' How long will you guys be here? ' I asked him. ' For about .. 2 weeks. ' he answered. ' Oh, cool. Maybe we can plan something you know, ... I would like to know you guys better. ' I wasn't sure whether I should have said that. I was nervous. But he was totally chill. He answered, ' ya sure. We would love to spend time with you'. I smiled widely. ' ok guys, Good night'. I waved at them. They waved back, and told in unison "Good night".

As I reached my hotel, I was totally really really tired. I removed my shoes, and went to the wardrobe . I took out my pajamas, and took a bath. When I came from the bath, I texted Akshaya to know how everything went today.
She picked up, ' Hey, bud! What's happening? '. She answered in a sleepy voice. 'Oh shit, she was sleeping! '. I cursed myself for disturbing her at night. ' Oh, sorry man! Just wanted to know what happened in the firm today. '.
I could hear her yawning from the other end. ' Oh nothing much, we had 5 more new cases, nothing special. The usual divorce, theft etc etc.. ' She said.
' Oh, ok ok. I have to tell you something, but I'll tell you in the morning. Good night. ' 'Good night'. I heard her reply. And then I ordered a pizza and Almond milk. I loved Almond milk. Within 25 minutes the food arrived, and while eating the food I realised that I was no longer sleepy. I didn't know what to do next. So I decided to go Instagram live.

I had soo many messages saying Congrats. Then I switched on the live button. I was eating my pizza too at the same time. My stomach couldn't wait till the live was over. People's number increased.
'Hey guys! Nice to meet you. ' I said in a cheerful way. They all responded by sending hearts emojis. ' I just returned from the awards. I'm hungry, so please excuse me for having this in front of you' I said. They send messages saying that they didn't mind it, and even someone saying that I should eat more since I was getting more thinner. ' Am I getting more thinner? Really! But, I eat quite well. I don't do diets because I hate them. I just like to work out and go for a run sometimes. That's all. But I actually eat a lot! ' I said with a pout. ' You are really cute when you pout! ', I saw someone's message. I smiled and said thank you. Then there were many questions asking, how I felt after receiving the award. ' It was... Like an 'out of a dream' experience to be honest. I mean... I was really happy to hear that I got nominated for The Billboards. So, even if I didn't get an award, I would have been happy. But since I got one, I'm double happy. ' I laughed at my own words.
'How did it feel to meet BTS? ' asked someone. ' Unrealistic' I said with a smile. ' Weren't you mentioning them in your speech? ' came another one. I didn't say anything, I just smiled. ' We are gonna take that smile as a yes! ' They said. I laughed. I was just... Really happy. After sometime I said goodbye to all of them, and turned off the Live.
Then something came up to my mind. I didn't know whether I should say it or not, but it felt like someone from within me was asking me to say it. I called RM. He picked up after a few rings. 'Hello? ' , 'Yeah hello RM, it's Criss. ' I said. ' Oh hi Criss, What's up? ' he asked. 'Well... I had to say something to you guys. I don't know whether I'm supposed to say this... You know! Since you guys are really experienced musicians than me.. And. ' 'Hey, it's ok. Tell me. What's it! '. I took a deep breath ' Well I was thinking maybe you shouldn't tell the Army that we would be collaborating soon. I know you guys are really transparent with your fans, but.. I just felt like maybe we should keep it as a surprise.. You know.. '
' Hey, I was thinking about the same thing. I think that would be better. ' ' Oh,.. Cool. Ok. Got it. ' ' Did you get this tensed up to say This? ' he asked me. ' Hehe.. Well, I thought what if you won't like it, since you guys are such experienced and more older than me right! So.. what if you won't like it if a newbie like me would say something like this.. ' ' Hey Criss. We are not stubborn, old people. We respect everyone. Even if that person is younger than us, or less experienced than us, it doesn't matter. It's like how you said in your speech. We respect everyone. Ok? And you have a special consideration. We all already like you a lot. Like.. I heard Taehyung say that you reminds him of his little sister. We already see you like our little sister. You have created a unique bond in our hearts. They are talking about you since you left. Even Yoongi. I mean.. That's rare'. 'Rarest of rare.. ' I felt as if I was in a dream. He chuckled, ' Yeah right. Don't worry. We will not spoil the surprise. And, when do you wanna hangout with us? Maybe the coming Wednesday? ' he asked. ' Yeah. Wednesday sounds good. Let's discuss about this tomorrow ok? '. ' Ok' he answered. ' Good night' 'Good night' he replied. After hanging up the phone I felt sooo happy that I almost screamed my lungs out! But since I remembered that I was in a hotel, and not in my home, I just ran around the room like crazy!!. Wow. This is something!. I thought to myself. After finishing my food, and drinking my milk, I brushed my teeth, and did my night time skincare regime. I applied a night time lip sleeping mask. Then I slowly walked towards the bed, and covered myself with the blanket. 'Good night'. I said to myself, and fell asleep.
