The Confusion

The next day was like most days. Criss went to her firm, while the boys worked on the album. Criss was going to take leave from the next day onwards, since she wanted to focus only on the album . Brook was happy in his new home. He loved to follow Criss around the house. Tae, Jimin and JK were jealous of this, and they tried to get him off her back. But still, he loved to follow her around, with his little legs, trying to keep up with her. They found it extremely cute. JK took a video of it and even posted it on Instagram. People adored Brook already. She left to the firm, around 8 in the morning, and returned around 2 in the afternoon. A white top with thumbhole, and a pair of loose sweatpants. She loved wearing tops with thumbhole. It looked cute, and also it is really comfy.
She opened the door, and found Suga outside. 'Hey buddy, come in. ' she told him. He timidly got in, and sat on her bed. She sat beside him, and she could tell that something was wrong. 'Hey, is something wrong? You look.. ' she stopped , as she could clearly see his sweaty hands. '... nervous.. ' she trailed off. 'I am. I was planning on calling Akshaya for a date today. But whenever I pick up the phone to call her, my hands start shaking like hell. I don't think I can do it Criss! ' he said worried, he rubbed his temples, trying to calm down. 'Hey, Yoongi - ah.. Come on. Look at me. ' she turned his face to wards her. He looked into her eyes. 'I want you to take deep breaths ok! Deep breaths. Inhale.. Exhale.. Inhale.. ' she directed him to follow her words. He followed her words, and started to take deep breaths. After a few minutes, he visibly calmed down. 'See, now you are calm. You are ok. Yeah! See, I'm not much of a love advisor, but I do know some things. I think, you should tell her directly, that you like her. Ok! Let's see what she has to say. If you are really sure you can't say it, then I'll talk to her about you. If you want! But, that's not a good idea. She will think that, you can't even say that to her directly, then how are you gonna face the criticisms that the haters may throw at both of you? Ok! So I think if you really like her that much, ask her out. I'll arrange a meeting for you guys, if you want. Ok? How does that sound. ' she asked him calmly. He nodded and said, 'You know what, it's time for me to open up to her, and confess my feelings for her. If she say yes, then I'll embrace it, and if she will say no, I'll embrace it too. It's up to her right! I'll do it. I can do it. Can you arrange a meeting? ' he asked her. She smiled at him, and said, 'Of course, I'll arrange it, around 5 in the evening. Ok? I think she will be free by then, and I hope you are free too? ' she asked him, with wide eyes. 'Yep, I'm free. ' he answered. 'Ok, great. Let me call her, and ask her if she is free. Ok? ' she asked him. He nodded back. She called Akshaya, she put it on speaker, after a few seconds, she picked up. 'Hey ammuss, are you free? ' criss asked. 'Umm.. Yeah... I was... Sleeping.. ' she replied in a sleepy voice. Criss muted the call, and said to suga, 'you guys are made for each other! '. Suga smiled, blushing. Criss unmuted the call, and said, 'Yeah bud, sorry for calling waking you up. So, listen, Yoongi said that he wanted to talk to you about something, in person. He said that if you are free tomorrow, he would like to have coffee with you. ' 'What exactly does he wanna talk about..? ' she asked confused. 'I don't know actually. He wouldn't tell me. Why don't you ask to him yourself tomorrow? Are you free? ' Criss asked her, waiting for a positive reply. 'I ... guess.. ' she said doubtfully. 'Perfect! He told me ask you if you would be free to come to the cafe on Stendhal avenue, by 5' she said. 'Umm.. Ok.. I'll be there. ' she answered. 'Ok. Perfect! See you later! Bye bye. ' she said, and hung up. After hanging up, she looked at yoongi, and yoongi looked at her impressed. 'Wow! You just really arranged a date for us! That's impressive. ' he said impressed. 'Uh, it's just a piece of cake. ' she said brushing her hair off her shoulder. Yoongi chuckled seeing her silly act, and then suddenly, they heard someone opening the door. They were startled by the sudden noise, and there comes Jin with Brook in his hands. 'This little guy wanted to open the door so bad! He was scratching the door for quite a long time, but it didn't even budge. So, when I saw him, I decided to take him to you. ' he said with a smile. 'Aww.. Give me him' Criss stretched her hands towards Brook. Jin handed him over to her, and she started scratching his belly. 'Did you miss me little guy... Uh huh! ' she asked in a baby voice. He stated wagging his tail violently, and he stated running around the place. 'I'm gonna get you! Come here you little rascal!! ' she chased him around the house. After playing around the house, both of them were pretty tired. She carried him in her arms, and walked towards the couch, where Jimin, RM and Tae was watching a movie. She dropped herself in Jimin's lap, and he barely felt a thing. He put her head on his chest, and slowly patted her back. She could feel her eyelids getting heavier, and slowly she drifted off to sleep. She woke up, when she heard the voices of J Hope and Tae. They were re ally loud. She slowly opened her eyes, and felt strong arms around her shoulder and waist. Then she remembered how she fell asleep in Jimin's arms. But, these arms, felt more muscular. She slowly looked up, and saw JK. He was watching TV, and hadn't realized that she was awake. 'How did I end up in his arms? ' she thought to herself. She wanted to move, and to drink some water, and she also wanted to know why Hobi and Tae were being so loud! But, she didn't move, since his arms were really comfortable. She slowly squirmed in his arms, and now he realised that she was awake. 'Hey baby! You awake? ' he asked slowly. She rubbed her eyes, and smiled while nodding her head as a yes. He smiled back, and kissed her forehead. She sat up, and saw a glass of water on the table. She drank it, and asked him, 'why are they being so loud? ' she was now getting used to Hobi's high pitched shrieks. 'Ahh! They are fighting over, 'who should feed Brook this time'?. He said smiling. She chuckled when she heard it. 'Wow! You guys are so childish. ' she said. 'Yeah! We know! ' he said shrugging. She went to the kitchen, and saw Jin taking something, and putting it on Brook's plate. She back hugged him, and he smiled. 'Is that for Brook? ' she asked. She knew it was for him, but she felt like asking. 'Yeah. It is' he replied. He was making something, and she continued back hugging him, refusing to leave. He didn't care about it even. Even though she had pretty good muscles, she was still lightweight. So, he barely noticed her still hugging him. After sometime, he handed her a plate full of kimchi. He knew she was hungry, since she is always hungry after sleeping. Kimchi was one her favourite dishes, and he made it because he knew she loved it. She smiled widely at
him, and placed a kiss on his cheeks. He kissed her back on her forehead, and she sat on one of the island chairs. Hobi and Tae still hadn't realised that Brook was already fed, and was planing on going to sleep. So Criss said, 'Yo! Dumbasses! He's already fed. Stop with the fighting now, and come eat something. ' That's when they realised the fact, and they slowly walked towards one of the chairs near her. Hobi sat next to her, and Tae was searching for some water. Hobi slowly whispered into her ears, 'I have to tell you something. It's a little bit serious. ' he said. She looked at his face, and she understood that he wasn't joking. She nodded her head in response, and they started eating their kimchi.

After having dinner, most of them went back to their rooms. JK and Jin were watching a moving, and they said they will go to bed once the movie ends. That were watching more and more English movies to improve in that language. Rest of them decided to go to bed, since next day, their choreographer was coming to teach them the rest of the choreography, since they were thorough with the first half of it. Criss was preparing to go to bed. She brushed her teeth, did her nighttime skincare regime, and braided her hair, so it would be tangle free. She sent a text message to her manager, about tomorrow's date. She said she would arrange everything, and would give her the results once everything is set. She was setting her alarm, when she heard a knock on her door. She opened it, and found Hobi standing outside
'Ah! You said you wanted to say something really important right! I almost forgot! ' she said face palming. 'Yeah. It's alright. ' he said sitting on her bed. 'So, what's it? ' she asked in a calm voice, even though she was a little excited to know what he had on his mind. It was not usual to find Hobi this serious. He is serious when he teach choreography. But all the other time, he is just a carefree ball of of sunshine. 'It's something really important. I... don't know what you might think of me once I say it... ' he was struggling to say it. He seemed really nervous. 'Hey, hey.. It's alright. You know you can tell me anything right! Trust me. It's alright. Ok! ' she assured him with a smile. He smiled back,and then he stated speaking again. 'The thing is that, I actually like someone. But... If I confess this, and if she will like me back,.... I'll lose one of my bestest friends... ' he said looking down. She placed a finger under his chin, and slowly raised his chin. 'Hey, it's ok. Tell me. If you don't want me to say this to anyone, I won't. I crows my heart, and hope to die' she said crossing her heart. He chuckled seeing her childish side, and ruffled her hair. She smiled back at him, and waited for him to continue. 'It's actually,... How do I say it! Ok. I... happen to like Akshaya.. ' he trailed of, looking at Criss with doubtful eyes. Her eyes widened automatically. 'Wow! ' that's the only thing that came from her mouth. 'Yeah,.. I know. I mean, I liked her from the moment I saw her, and then they said Yoongi likes her. But I thought they were just teasing him, because we do that all the time. I didn't actually think that Yoongi would actually like her. I thought they were joking around! I mean... How can I even say this to her. Yoongi will feel so..... Betrayed! ' he said in a totally depressed tone. She wanted to console him. Tell him he had a chance. But, how can she say something she is not sure of? Giving false hope is worse than saying there is no hope. She didn't know what to do, or what to say. She wanted to tell him about the date, because Yoongi will obviously share it with them. They were brothers! They share everything. They don't keep anything from each other. So she decided to say it. 'You know.... I don't know if I should really say it, but... Yoongi and Akshaya are planning to go on a date tomorrow. I mean, she doesn't know it's a date! We just told her that he wanted to speak to her. And if she is free can they meet up in the cafe! She said she was free. And.. ' she didn't know what else to say. He looked like all the hope is lost. She felt bad for him. Really bad. 'See, Hobi, don't be sad. We don't know what she is gonna say. To be truthful, she doesn't see you guys in that way. That's what I think. But, you are so charming, and energetic and stuff, maybe she will like you. You know! ' she said, trying to put on a fake smile. He smiled back at her, and stood up. He kissed her forehead, and said 'Thank you for being optimistic in my situation. I love you soo much! ' he said patting her head. She smiled at him, and kissed him on the cheeks. 'Stay happy dear Hobi. I know there is someone out there waiting for you. Your perfect partner! ' she said bopping his nose. He scrunched his nose, and smiled. After he left the room, she felt bad for him. She didn't know how to handle this situation. She tried to optimistic by thinking that, whatever happens, happens for the good. She covered herself with blanket, and drifted off to sleep.
