Stutter

It was one of those random days, doing nothing special, and hanging out in the house. The boys were working on their schedules that they had for the day.

They didn't have dance practise at day, so, their schedule was pretty relaxed. Since Criss had fallen ill, their schedules weren't that tight. The management gave them enough time to relax, and also to keep an eye on her.

They had arranged a nurse just to take care of her during morning, when they were busy, and at night, they used to take care of her.

That particular day, Akshaya wasn't able to come and visit her, since she had to go to London, for a meeting.

It was around 7 in the evening, and the nurse had already left.

Suddenly they heard Criss 's door open, and she was running down the stairs, almost stumbling down the stairs.

Yoongi and Kookie rushed to her side, when they saw that she was about to fall from the stairs.

'Whoa whoa! Be careful Haenbog-ii! '

They said,with a worried expression.

She ran past them, and sat beside Hobi, who was sitting on the couch.

'Chest.. Chest..!! '

She said, pointing towards her.
They didn't understand what she was saying.

'What? Wait, is your chest hurting? '

Hobi asked, while holding her shoulders.

She cringed, and took his hands off her shoulders, and held his hands.

'No! Chest.. My.. Chest..!! '

She said, again, trying to make them understand.

Since she didn't even utter a word for almost 2-3 months, she couldn't speak in sentences all of a sudden. That's why she was stuttering.

By now, all the boys were sitting around her, trying to figure out what she was trying to say.

She showed them actions, and kept on repeating, 'chest.. My chest..!! '

RM at last almost understood what she was saying. So he asked.

'Oh! You mean a chest! Like, a box? '

'Yes! Yes.. My.. chest..!! '

She said, clapping her hands.

That was the first time in 3 months, they saw her smile like that. It was surreal!

'But, where is your chest? '

Tae asked something everyone else also wanted to know.

'Ammus.. House..! '

She said.

'Ah! It's in Akshaya 's house! Great! I have a so are key!! '

Hobi said, while rummaging through his bag, to find the key.

Jin was already calling Akshaya to know more about the chest.

'It's inside the cabin. Outdoors. What happened? Why are you asking.. '

Beep..

Jin hung up, as soon she said where it was.

'What the..! '

Akshaya was confused. Because all of a sudden Jin called her, and that too in between an important meeting, and since she hung up, ge continued calling her, continuously. She thought something had happened to Cross, and that's why she picked it up, the third time he called. But now, she was confused. He was asking about the chest? Why did he need it? Did Criss ask about it?

She was totally confused, that she didn't pay attention to the rest of the meeting.

On the other hand, Hobi, Kookie, Yoongi and Joon were on their way to Akshaya 's house.

When they reached there, they quickly went to the cabin, and Criss almost rushed to the room, where Akshaya had kept the chest.

She hugged the chest, really tight, like her life depended on it. She was really happy to see it. She opened it, and went through all the stuff in it.

The boys sat beside her, and was watching her with a smile on their face.

She was explaining about the stuff inside, and they were happy to see her so excited. Even though she eas stuttering, she managed to spill out particular words, to make them understand what she meant.

They took it with them, and as they were returning, she was continuously talking about the trips she made to collect the stuff from the chest, and it was quite cute to hear her stutter. (It sounds weird).

'You know what. Calm down. You're literally Hiccuping in between. You should rest, for a bit. Ok? '

Jin told her, while placing her head in his shoulder.

She fell asleep after a few minutes, and they were happy to see her so energetic.

While she was sleeping, the boys were still looking at her, as if she was one of the most precious jewels out there.

When they got back home, Jin took her to her room. She was wobbling, but Jin held her straight.

While making her lie down, she kept on saying 'mom. '

'No darling. You're Mum is not here. What about we call her tomorrow morning? Huh? '

He asked, while covering her with the blanket.

'No.. You.. Mum..! '

She said, pointing at Jin.

His eyes almost popped, and he chuckled. He didn't like being called as the mom of the group, but when she said this, it was really sweet. He didn't correct her. He just smiled, and nodded.

'Ya. I'm your mum. Why don't you go to sleep young lady. You don't wanna make mum unhappy, do you? '

He played along.

She shook her head vigorously, while closing her eyes tight.

He chuckled, and kissed her forehead before returning downstairs.
