The official goodbye

After almost 2 months, they were still in America, and things were going on as usual. They were working working on a single, as Hobi was busy with his single too.
Akshaya and Criss were really busy, and most days, Akshaya would have a sleepover at her house, since they were working on something really important. Criss didn't trust those two( Akshaya and Hobi) enough to let them sleep together. They were free to do whatever they want in her house, but in Criss 's house, everything goes by her rules.
One day, while Criss was taking her bath, the doorbell rang like hell! 'God! Who is it this early! And why are they ringing it like it is world's end! 'Suga whined, while walking towards the door. When he opened it, it was Akshaya. 'Oh hi! Why are you soo early. Don't you guys leave around 8? It's still 7:30' . He said. 'Ya, I know, I'm early. But I wanted to say something really important to Criss. Where is she? ' she asked, while looking around the house. 'She's in her room. ' Suga said, while pointing at her room. 'Oh, ok. Thanks. ' she said, while, almost running towards the room. 'I guess it's something about the case in which they are working on right now. She had told me it was something really important. ' cookie said, while eating his cereals. Suga looked at him confused. 'She told you about the case? ' he was a bit annoyed at the fact that kookie knew about it, and not him. He nodded, and Suga went back to eating his cereals, while thinking why she didn't share it with him.

When Akshaya entered her room, she was already in her office clothes. 'Oh, hey! Looks like you are early today.. '
'I've found out the complete details we were looking for!! ' Akshaya exclaimed before she could finish. Her eyes widened, when she heard the news. 'What! Really! 'She asked, while shaking the others shoulders. She smiled, and replied, 'Yes. It's the truth. We've got everything to end him for good. This is gonna be really interesting. 'She smiled wickedly, and Criss gave back that smile too.

Once she was ready, they got out of her room, and since Hobi 's room was near to Criss 's room, he heard Akshaya's sound. He came to her for a kiss, but she said, 'Oh, sorry hon. No time for a kiss. 'She pecked his lips, before rushing downstairs with Criss. Both of their heels clicked loudly through the stairs, as they hurriedly ran towards the door. Criss came back, and kiss each one of the boys forehead. 'Stop pouting, you can spend some alone time with her once we are finished for today! ' she said to Hobi, after kissing his forehead. He visibly blushed, and nodded his head enthusiastically.
She smiled seeing him soo cute, nad so much in love and left the door as fast fast as she can.
'I like the way how their heels click the floor each time she walks. Click - clock.! ' Kookie said, while making the clicking sounds. Everyone laughed hearing him, and even though Yoongi was in deep thought, he too had a wide smile, seeing the younger soo cute.
When it was around 3 in the evening, RM got a call from the manager, saying that he wanted them for an important meeting.
'Guys, the manager wants to see us within an hour. He said he wanted to discuss something important. ' He wasn't interested, but he wasn't supposed to show it, because if he would, then the rest of them wouldn't ever meet the manager. 'Ugh! What does he wants now! Does he wanna insult us again? Compare us to TXT, or ENHYPHN? ' Tae asked, uninterested. 'Don't know. But I think we should leave as soon as possible, cause it's a long ride. 'RM reasoned. They all got up, not at all interested, and left to change.
After almost half an hour, they reached the Big Hit office ( An office of big hit in America, since they are having so many branches all over the world, but the main office is still the one, back in Seoul.)
'Oh, hey. Come in come in. ' the manager welcomed them into the conference room.

'Thank you sir. 'Jin and RM said, politely. As they were talking, suddenly they heard a knock. 'Come in. ' the manager said. His assistant came in, and whispered something to him. 'Um, ok. Let her in. ' he replied. The boys didn't understand what was going on, but they didn't mind, since it was none of their business. Suddenly Criss came in. 'Good afternoon sir. Hope I'm not disturbing anything. 'She said, in a very sweet voice. It felt like a fake tone to the boys, cause she usually never spoke in such a tone before, but the manager didn't find any peculiarity about it. 'Oh no. Come in come in. We were discussing.. 'He wanted to continue, but she spoke in between. 'I'm sorry sir, but I'm not here to attend the meeting. I'm here to say something even more serious. 'She said, with still that fake smile plastered on her face. 'Well, then maybe we can go to my office.. '.
'No, we better speak here. ' she said, as a, this is final tone. Suddenly Akshaya and one more staff of hers, her secretary entered. They were carrying some files. 'What's all this? ' asked the manager, a bit frustrated, because no one was listening to him. 'Oh, you'll see. Why don't you sit down!. ' she asked him. He sat down in his chair, and watched them with his eyes concentrated on the files.

Criss started off by saying that how he was treating them so differently than others, and how idiotic his decisions were. He totally disagreed to what she said, but at one point he asked, 'And even if I am a bitch of a manager, what are you gonna do about it. You can't touch me. I'm invincible!! ' he practically screamed. She smirked, and as did Akshaya. 'Ok, Mr Invincible! Let's see what you have to say about these! ' she said, throwing him the files. He checked it, and his eyes popped. It was the documents about all the illegal stuff he had done till now. 'Still think you are invincible? 'She asked, with a smile. He tore them apart, and dumped them. 'Ha ha.. What about now? ' he asked. She face plamed and said, 'you really think I'm gonna give you the original ones! Those were the copies. And, above all the illegal stuff, you have just increased one more to your list. Trying to destroy the evidence! ' she exclaimed. His eyes widened again. 'But, I'll give you another option. If you'll willingly give up your job, you can save your reputation. But, once I give these to the board members, you'll be scared for life, and also you'll lose your job. Anyways, your gonna lose your job, so better you sign these papers, so that it would look like you resigned.
No fuss. Ok? What do you say? ' she asked, leaning on the table. He thought for some time, and replied. 'Ok. I'll sign. ' Criss was satisfied with his decision. 'Good choice. Thought that you wouldn't want to go the jail. 'She said, while handing those papers to him.

He signed them, and inside, he was regretting whatever he did wrong. After signing the papers, she handed them to her assistant.
'Well, I would say to get out, but I want you to meet the new manager. She is a friend of mine, and well, she is also an Army. She is just the best person for the job. Oh, and before you leave, you can take those idiotic staffs you appointed. They are of no use anyway. They always tried to boss us over, exactly like you did. But, poor things, look what happened to them now. 'She said, mocking him. He looked down, because of shame. 'And, don't you even think about spreading rumors about any of us, because of this. If you do.. 'She stopped, and smirked, 'you know what's gonna happen next. Don't you. 'She asked him. He nodded his head. She smiled, satisfied, and then the new manager walked in. Her name was Parvati, and she was her school bestie. They had been in touch since then, and she grew up to be one the most successful business women out there.

After an hour, the ex- manager left, and the new manager's first command was, 'make sure you bring back all those earlier staffs,and if they are already employed, we'll recruit new people. ' her PA nodded her head, and headed outside. Parvati was briefly introduced to the boys, and they were all in between a friendly talk.
After some hours, they returned home, and they were all really tired. They haven't done anything much, but they were still tired like hell. Criss offered to help Jin, and for the first time, he agreed. She smiled content. 'That was some unexpected drama that happened today. Were you after him all these days? 'He asked, amused.
She smiled in return, and he knew he was right. 'You were made to be a lawyer you know! ' he said, impressed. She laughed in return.
