Lily came back in to check on you, and saw you lying down, with your head in Remus's lap. He was playing with your hair, while you spoke quietly to him. She smiled, and walked in. "Okay, you two are adorable." she said, giggling.

You sat up quickly, and glared at her. Then, you looked out the window. It was starting to get a bit dark. You noticed Remus looked outside, as well, and he looked worried. You turned to Lily. "What time is it?" you said, staring to panic a little bit.

She looked at her watch, then back up at the both of you. "About an hour till the moon comes up." she said. You nodded your head, and felt yourself start to tense up again. But you had your plan. You were going to sneak out and head down to the forest in about 30 minutes, and just wait it out in the forest, till you turn back.

You turned to Remus to say something, but he had an terrified look on his face. He stood up, and quickly walked out of the room.

"Remus-are you alright?" you said, calling out to him. But he had already left the dorm. You turned to Lily. "What's wrong with him? Is he okay?" you said, worriedly. She sat up, and sighed. "I don't know, let's just ignore it for now. He probably just needs some space." You sighed, and laid back down.

"You needed him to leave anyways, if you're going to head down to the forest soon, right?" she said, reassuringly. She was right. But...you liked being near Remus. You felt safe around him. You had a weird feeling, as if the werewolf part of you needed him near you, reaching out for him. You had a weird feeling near him...but you didn't know what this feeling was.

*30 minutes later*

There's officially 30 minutes till the moon comes out. I need to head down there, now.

You stood up and grabbed the Wolfsbane, shoving it in your pocket. You walked over to Lily, who wasn't asleep yet because she wanted to make sure you made it out. She put her book down, and looked at you. "Is it time?"

"Yeah, there's about 30 minutes left, I'm gonna head down there now, though." you said, your hands shaking. She looked worried. "Are you sure you don't want me to go down there with you..?" she asked.

You refused to let her go down there with you. You didn't want to risk hurting anyone. You hated yourself as the animal you were, and you didn't want her to see you in that form.

"Yeah, I'll be alright...it's okay." She stood up and hugged you. "Okay, just be careful. And whatever happens down there...let me know." she said. What did she mean by that? You looked at her in confusion, but didn't say anything. You left the dorm quietly, and headed down.

You snuck out of the common room, and headed to the forest. You looked at your watch. 20 mins left. Your heart was beating. You were sweating a bit, and your hands were shaking. You hadn't the slightest clue how this was going to go, but you just kept walking to the forest.

You had your backpack with you, and in it you packed a blanket, a pair of clothes, and some food just in case. You knew you'd probably end up falling asleep somewhere before tomorrow. And the extra clothes because you knew these clothes wouldn't make it through the turn.

You entered the forest, and it was quite cold. It was mostly quiet, except for some crickets chirping. You found a nice, cleared spot, and set your bag against the tree. You checked your watch again. 8 minutes. You were shaking.

You took the watch off and set it down on your bag, and grabbed the potion. You opened it, and chugged it. It tasted horrible, but you needed it. You swallowed every last drop, and gagged at the terrible taste. You threw the bottle on the ground next to your bag, and waited, as you begin pacing back and forth.

3 minutes left.

Then, you heard a noise. You snapped your head in the direction of the noise, and your eyes widened. Remus was walking into the forest. What the hell? No..he can't be here. Not now.

He walked over, and froze when he saw you standing there. "(Y/n)? What are you doing out here?" he said in a firm, deep voice. You glared at him, and panicked. "What are you doing here!?" you asked in response. "You need to go! You can't be here, I-" you stopped talking, as you felt it.

You both turned your head quickly to look at the sky, and there it was. The full moon. Rising over the clouds.

You began to feel a sharp stab of pain throughout your body. Your eyes turned yellow, and your ears started ringing. You began turning, your clothes ripping, and claws replacing your hands. You yelled out in pain, as you had began to completely turn. You heard Remus groan, but you didn't have enough strength to look over. You cried out, as you had completely turned.

You looked down at yourself, and whimpered. Even though you were turned, the potion helped you keep your mind at your human state. You obviously couldn't talk though, only act as a werewolf.

You stood there for a moment, whimpering, crying. Then, you looked up and saw another. You darted behind the tree, whimpering as the other werewolf looked at you. Where did it come from? It started to walk towards you slowly, and it huffed loudly, as if it were going to attack you. But instead, it walked up to you, sniffing you, then...touched it's nose to yours. It was showing that it meant no harm.

It whimpered happily, as it rubbed it's head on yours, and you weren't scared anymore. You can't remember anything else that happened that night. Your werewolf side of you had practically dominated over your actions, even though you took the potion. You had a strong feeling around that werewolf. A feeling of arousal, or even protection. You didn't know what to think, or quite what it was.

You had never felt this feeling before, so you didn't know what to think, as you knew nothing about interactions with other werewolves.

Especially...mating.
